Impossible to find the Facture for the concert I have seen...
I will never book again with Classistic, they are not respecting the people.
And they do nothing to change that.

Hice un reserva para 2 entradas al Palacio de la Musica de Barcelona y despues de varios dias me mandaron solo 1 insistiendo en que solo habia reservado 1 cuando el pago mostraba bien que correspondia a 2 entradas. Hasta ahora no se han disculpado e insistido en que solo habia pagado 1. Muy mala experiencia pues no asistimos al concierto al solo poder entrar 1 persona decidimos renunciar.

Seleccionar y sacar las entradas fue muy fácil y sencillo.

It was very easy to order my ticket. The calendar was easy to review. I did have one problem, but it was on my end of the transaction... I selected the wrong date. When I sent an email to the info email describing my mistake, they quickly reissued my ticket with the correct date. How great is that! Thank you so much for your quick response and helping me out. I'm looking forward to the concert.

I've made a mistake in ticket reservation by clicking on the wrong date with payment being done. Right away I sent email and in a meantime ticket team handled my problem and changed for the desired date. Great service!

One of the primary events I want to do in Rome is see an opera. I found this performance while we will be in Rome March 25th. To see a selection from multiple operas is perfect and having it outdoors overlooking Rome is a plus.
