Same as everyone else - this was a scam. I got an Instagram ad for "Oprah's Favorites: Asymmetric Draped Jumper". Like others, it took over 30 days to arrive, and when it arrived, it's a piece of garbage. One seam is so incorrect, it doesn't allow me to lift my left arm.

I ordered two Waterproof Hooded Trench coats on November 8, 2023. After contacting customer service I received one of the items on January 18, 2024. I've yet to receive the other.

It was a total disappointment. I am 5'4", 113 lbs. Normal height and weight.

The sleeves are 3-4 inches too short. What good is a raincoat if it doesn't cover your arms?

I've tried to inquire as to how to return the one I've received and have not been able to send them an email. According to their website returns must be evaluated within seven days. My time is running out. This is not what I call customer service.

I would not recommend this product.

I ordered the “ Oprah choice” yeah right! Poncho. It took FOREVER to arrive, saying it had to go through customs in Italy, yet when it arrived the return address was Chicago 🤦🏻‍♀️. Opened it up, put on, too small-tight, not soft and within seconds the sleeve tore at the seam 😂 so I contacted customer service ( not easy) and I explained issue- they offer me 3.00 I spent 40.00. We’re still negotiating.

I ordered the item (woman’s raincoat) I saw on Facebook. It was ordered Nov 7. There were updates initially over the next month. I checked several times re update of delivery but it was never delivered. I was informed item was delivered. I was told to check my Ring camera. I did and it was never delivered. I was told to follow up with the Post Office which I did with the number they sent. I was informed by the PO that it was not a number the PO recognizes. I was told by Agave I had to contact the shipping company. No info was provided, I advised them it was not my responsibility to contact shipping. I kept receiving the same response and no help. It’s a horrible, non responsive company, total scam. I never received the item or a refund.

Total scam, item never received. I have been getting shipping updates for a month, from a tracking site I have never heard of. 10 days ago the shipping updates stopped. they don't even have any socail media links on their website.....big read flag since I found them on instagram.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. Same complaint looks like as others. Bought 2 trench coats Nov 7th and to this day never arrived. One was a Christmas gift. Tried to scam me with an additional $20 but caught it immediately and Pay Pal was told to cancel the order and they refunded the 20. Mine is supposedly in Indianapolis Indiana since 12/02/23 . DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I would give them zero stars if I could. Absolutely a scam company! I thought I was ordering a Nordstrom rain jacket. But if you look closely at the logo, you realize they’ve changed it just a bit to not be the true logo. I ordered jacket in early September. I was getting tracking info but then it just stopped on Oct 17th. It was supposed to be in Arizona. In November, I emailed the company and got responses in broken English assuring me it was in transit. I responded that I wasn’t an idiot and to refund my money. Crickets. Then in mid December it finally arrived. The cheapest clothing I’ve ever seen. It was supposed to be a XXL. It was so small that my size 12 daughter couldn’t even wear it. A complete waste of money but a valuable learning lesson!

This company is a scammer. I purchased online what was purported to be a raincoat. The product was presented in a way to make you believe it was being offered by Nordstrom. I had purchased one from Nordstrom that I was happy with, so I decided to order another color. Weeks went by, and I didn’t receive it. I contacted their customer support to complain, and three days later it arrived on December 15. I placed the order on October 28. The “raincoat” is extremely poor quality, a cheap knockoff of the Nordstrom coat. I just looked into returning it, only to discover that it needs to be returned to China. What is the likelihood I’ll ever get a refund even if I went through the effort and expense to return it? I’m writing it off as an expensive lesson. Please learn from my experience, and don’t purchase from this company.

I would give this Chinese company “zero” stars if I can. They took $54 from me for a nice looking rain jacket to be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. It not only arrived 1.5 months later but the quality of the jacket was extremely poor and did not look like what it showed on their site. The button holes were already coming apart, string were coming out everywhere, and there was not even a label sewn on nor a lining - and definitely not worth $54. I was already asking for a refund when it didn’t arrive on time but they said to keep waiting. When I asked for a refund for their poor quality, they said the shipping cost to send back to China will be too expensive so they would offer me $2! They kept on saying it is the right product but ignored my complaint. Clearly, they are trying to scam customers to pay a high price by fooling them. I’ve learned a lesson not to purchase from an online shop like this one. Be aware! Do your research before hitting that pay button.

I purchased and ice grey waterproof trenchcoat. I got a very odd looking tracking email, and the item took two months to arrive.
It is a very low quality coat. The stitching is unprofessional, the buttonholes are loosely stitched. I ordered an ice grey coat, and they shipped a light blue one. They don't accept returns. They don't acknowledge the low quality workmanship, and they don't acknowledge the wrong color. They suggested I give the coat to friend. It's an awful coat. I wouldn't give it as a gift to anyone. I posted a negative review on their site and they deleted it immediately.
DO NOT SHOP HERE.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a shirt 15 days ago and still have not received tracking information or the shirt. I have asked repeatedly for tracking information and I’ve been told their shipper is having issues but no tracking info. I’ve asked for a refund also, still nothing from the company- no shirt- no tracking.

The item i purchased was labeled as "one size fits all" when I received it looked like it would fit a 5 year old. I emailed company and they said that "they checked with the warehouse and it was the correct size". No refunds are offered if something does not fit. I told them that I was going to a review about my experience and they emailed me back "please don't complain". TOTAL SCAM!

Everything went wrong—it took months and was a terrible product when it arrived

They send you fake updates for more then 2 months. I only received my order 2 weeks after complaining. when I received it the quality was poor, threads hanging and too small. when I contacted them about returning it, got more run around and then they suggested that I ordered incorrectly and should gift the item to someone instead of them making good on it.

I ordered in mid-october 2023 and received tracking but never received my order. Tracking obviously just fake. I have communicated with them several times and they just say that don't know where the shipment is and to contact the seller... they ARE the seller. My advice is to stay away from this company, far away.

Total Scam. They used the Nordstrom name in their ads and I didn't realize that was not who they are until the invoice arrived from Pay Pal. I contacted them and PayPal immediately to cancel the order. They refused. The red 'waterproof' raincoat arrived and looked nothing like the photograph, is not waterproof and might fit a child. Fabric is thin and cheaply manufactured. They also charged 11
% on top of the advertised price, which is the only part they refunded so far, seeing as I complained to Pay Pal.
I had one similar experience with a similar company, probably the same one, but it was boots, and eventually got a full refund from PayPal.
Anyone caught in this trap should follow up with your credit card company

Ordered red waterproof hooded trenchcoat on 10/23/23 for $39.98 and received it on 12/05/23. Quality was awful and their 2xl sizing was off - more designed for a ladies xsmall. No way this jacket was waterproof! am donating to charity. Do NOT buy from these folks.

THEY CHARGED ME 30% TAX. tried to cancel 10 minutes after I paid. I didn't know they did it until I checked my PayPal.... Shady as F. No contact phone of course and emails sound like an Ai translator. I have never had anyone charge my PayPal more than what was on the invoice.

12/23 UPDATE: Bought on 12/02 when they were having an "Early Christmas Sale"... well still haven't received the item and their tracking isn't anything you can verify. tracking looks like AI BS as well. The worst of the worst.

12/27 UPDATE: Boy I am glad I took advantage of the "Early Christmas Sale"... they must mean early for 2024. Still nothing, sketchy tracking says in customs. YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE NUTS TO BUY FROM THEM.

01/08/24 UPDATE: Got ripped off, they keep showing fake tracking and PayPal is impotent doing nothing. Never shipped never received... off shore scumbags

Looks like I got scammed. Ordered from 2 different "companies" around October 2023. I now have a total of 16 emails saying to wait patiently. I am now contacting "PayPal" and my bank to hopefully get a refund. In my emails to them I asked if my items are coming via "wagon train or pony express". I also asked to give me the location where they are so "I can walk there" and pick up my purchase. I have been SCAMMED and learned a lesson.
