Very professional,no fuss , good communication

The whole exercise was handled very well with a minimum of fuss. The camera survey was conducted efficiently and the results were explained clearly.
The contractors who came to do the actual work on lining the drains - Clare’s plumbing and drainage - were excellent. They kept us informed about what they were doing and did an impressive job of reinstating block pavings etc.

Once they finally got in contact the work was carried out fine. Sadly took them 3 weeks to get in contact to arrange the 1st visit which for a drain that blocks up and floods my bathroom wasn’t ideal

The technician that attended our property was very helpful in diagnosing & fixing the drain issue.

The gentleman that came to my property on a Sunday ,to repair broken pipes ,was excellent ,worked hard ,very thorough and left my path clean and just how he found it .

They inspected in a timely manner - provided the date for completion really quickly - work was carried out really tidily considering the amount of earth and drainage they had to replace - really happy with the result.

Water leak resolved quickly and efficiently. Happy with the end result with repair not requiring my drive to be dug up.

I had damaged drains that were backing up into my garden. They sent a contractor out to verify if this was covered by my insurance, he immediately said it was. It then took 3 months of battling to get them to agree to pay for the work. They obviously drag their feet and try to extend the process as long as possible in the hope that you cave and pay for the work yourself. Shameful.

I was advised to raise a complaint to the financial ombudsman, after I mentioned this my claim was processed and paid within 3 days.

Found Claims Consortium Group genuinely ok to deal with. They were courteous and helpful but one time when I needed to speak to the tech advisor urgently with reference to an issue, I could not get them to contact me back even though I left 3 messages over several days for them to do so.
