Delivered on time. Recommend by our builder. Looks very nice.

Being told parts are in stock when in fact none available.
How can a company like this have no stock of white silicone sealant.
The saving grace is Millie who actually seems to know how to react to customers 10/10 to her 2/10 for the company

I regretted didn’t check the review before buying from this company. Spent 362 pounds and waited for 2 days and all I got is two words “Order Delivered” and no items received nothing.

Update: claddtech contacted me there was an system error I finanlly received my order at 7th November which on their system said order delivered at 4th November. Luckily I haven’t lost nothing but still not a nice shopping experience.

Just bought some cladding from this company for the second time. I had no issues with their service or products, in fact I found them very helpful especially the new manager Mark. He was very pleased to show me their new bespoke panel design system which looked amazing.

My order is on its way so will leave another review as to the product. I just wanted to thank the admin team at Claddtech for responding so quicklyto my query and resolving the issue. Excellent customer service and communication!

my Customer wanted the ceiling panelled in the bathroom I was refitting and found this company so thought I'd give them a go. Delivery arrived quickly but on arrival found 1 panel was damaged in transit - contacted company and was told it shouldn't be an issue as I'd have to cut panels to go round doors, windows and wall furniture - thanked them for the information but pointed out that none of these items appeared in the ceiling I was cladding with surprisingly enough ceiling cladding, was offered a pittance of a refund but I asked them to rethink as I needed the full number of undamaged panels to clad the ceiling. After "approval off the manager" on this occasion they agreed to replace the damaged board. Now I'd already lost one day on this job which is lost money so when the replacement panels (and they sent 2 to replace the 1 that was damaged) arrived on the Monday morning I thought great put them in the van took to the customers as there was no signs of damage on the bubble wrap nor could I see any obvious damage and they had been wrapped with the faces together so any transit damage would be on the back of the boards. On unwrapping the panels I was in absolute dismay both panels were severely damaged on the face side with what could only be described as blows from a hammer or other such tool - my customer actually thought it had been done on purpose by the company because I complained and wouldn't be fobbed off with their first offer. Needless to say I will never use this company again. If I could attach pictures I would so you can see what you get from them/

Spot on service yes there were a few damaged panels but they got cut so didn't matter... received within 3 days and no missing items will use again

I have a trade account with this company and have used them several times over the last couple of years
There service had always been good
However this as changed
I ordered 40 plus boards from them of which 3 were damaged
Tried to contact them via email telephone and the company website absolutely no response
Had to source else where to complete the job
Will never use these people again avoid

Ordered 10 bathroom panels arrived promptly but two were damaged so couldn’t complete project. Contacted Claddtech with photos of damaged items. They said they would replace them, received another email about a refund. Contacted them again to get replacements not a refund. They have not responded since then despite chase up- very poor service and will not be using them again

The original order arrived damaged, it took 2 weeks and several emails to get replacements and guess what they arrived damaged too, trying to be a little fair they were packed well. not going through the prosses again going to have to pay more and buy local.

Everything bad you read about them is true. I'm a full month in and still don't have my full order. First delivery took 8 days not 48hrs and there was no correspondence at all form them re delivery. Ive have a full set of damaged boards (packaging pathetic) They tell you lies and don't fulfill their responsibilities . Whatever you do don't order off these guys they are a joke. Im now going all out to get them exposed and stopping making peoples live a bit more rubbish than it should be. I've been patient but the "it's in the post" routine has worn thin with me. Small claims, trading standards etc etc its coming .... disgraceful business practices !!! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE
P. S THE REFUND REFERRED TO BELOW WAS FOR ADHESIVE THAT NEVER ARRIVED AS THEY LIED
ABOUT SENDING IT. IN TRUTH ALL OF IT WAS SHOCKING QUALITY

Lovely items ,however they are delivered useless as the packaging is awful .Our order arrived with every end damaged as they were not protected in transit ,offered a discount as the end were being trimmed anyway . Opened the pack for fitting and every panel was scratched and the pattern worn off as packaged to allow movement so all the panels rub together .
The panels are great but delivery needs attention ,sadly am waiting to a reply for a refund as have little faith in a new batch being delivered in the same way .

What a fantastic company ... Ordered the Large grey tile cladding, but unfortunately it was sold out .. they messaged me asking if I would like the small tile instead which I had ..
The staff there sorted it ASAP & within 48 hours it had arrived.. Easy to put up & the edging just finishes off ..

This was my 3rd purchase from Claddtech there was some delivery damage to some of them but Abbie and Libbie quickly resolved the problem and sent replacements I highly recommend the company they offer top class products and and a first class customer service second to none I will gladly use again thank you very much John Broadbent.

Great service

My boards arrived in very good time and packaging seemed ok. On opening the panels were damage which was possible by the courier. E-mailed Claddtech with photos and was responded to straight away with options for a resolution. Actioned straight away so all sorted.

Placed an order and forgot to enter my discount code they emailed me. I contacted them and they have deducted the 10% from my bill. Great customer service.

Ordered Monday arrived Wednesday was slight issue with one piece which was sorted straight away by the excellent customer service team , no complaints at all , now all up and looks fab , Thankyou
