Great product and great customer service
What a great company with great customer service. I had to return wetsuit because it was to small for my daughter and returns process was easy and refund was made quickly. The product was great that once lockdown opened I purchased same wetsuit from local retailer to ensure correct fit.

Wetsuit
I recently ordered a wet suit online from this company, however I ordered the wrong size and returned it immediately and asking for it to be replaced with a larger size.. The next morning I had an email from Caroline Clarke thanking me for returning the item and assuring me that a replacement would be sent that afternoon.
The replacement arrived in prompt time and was perfect, and of very good quality. This is excellent customer service and I will not hesitate to recommend Circle 1 to my friends.

Amazing customer service!!!
Unfortunately ordered the wrong size wetsuit gloves, rang up and spoke to a genuinely lovely lady who helped me with the returns and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed from the purchase. Will be buying lots more from circle one now!!
