I purchased some beer bottles they had…
I purchased some beer bottles they had no smell or taste, I contacted the company and they said they would check the stock and today they got back to me saying I can return them put as already opened the item I can't return them and they sent me a real nasty email, i purchased from this company as I don't go out due to having parkinsons,,,, I won't use cinima snacks Ltd again.......just read there reply firstly I've never revived anyone before, second I had to open them to try them just to find out they had no smell or taste to them and a company that says a customer is lieing and making things up is a company to watch out for, I spent 23 years in the army so I don't have a habit of making things up.......... Reply to them AGAIN, I binned them because they won't give refunds once opened, how the hell would I of known that they had no smell or taste if i didn't open them

We take all feedback seriously, but this review is inaccurate. At no point did we refuse a return—our policy, like any responsible retailer, states that opened food items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
The customer claimed an issue with the product but threw it in the bin before we could verify anything. We cannot issue refunds without receiving the item back—it’s a standard policy that applies to all customers.
Looking at this customer's review history, it’s clear that negative feedback and refund demands are a pattern. We encourage genuine customers to judge us based on real experiences, not repeated attempts to exploit small businesses.
Edit: The customer has since added personal details to their review, but the situation remains unchanged. The product was discarded before we had any opportunity to verify the issue, and our policy—like that of any responsible food retailer—applies equally to all customers. Disposing of an item and then expecting a refund without a return is simply not how returns work in any industry.
We also offered the customer the option to return everything today for a full refund, but they declined, stating they had already binned the items.

Great Find - for all things snacks and sweets
First time purchasing a range of sweets and snacks. Ordering easy; delivery quick and packaging excellent. Whenever I buy products online that have BBE dates I always worry. But there was no need all were well within their respected dates. I felt prices are super - My core purchase is Fox’s Glacier Fruits so I bought 6 bags, very difficult obtain these unless Pound stores get them in. So I am well-pleased
