So cheaply made! Even the cheap jewelry on Amazon last longer than Cinco. I spend well over $200 on Cinco jewelry with ALL of the pieces tarnished not even a year into wearing them. These positive reviews must be fake. I literally have a $10 necklace from Amazon that is better quality than Cinco!

I adore this company and their jewellery! Their jewellery is so usual, stylish and so well made and their service is excellent. If you have any questions you can whatsapp them and you get a reply by a real human not a bot and they are so helpful. Delivery is very fast and their packaging is lovely. This company and their products is now an absolute favourite of mine.

Mediocre return policy
Although the earrings I've ordered were pretty (except one of them had a small defect on the gold color), I had to return them because were the wrong fit for me. The bar of the clip was too big for the hole of my ears(not my fault!). Their return policy is awful. They must find an easier way to return products.

Discolouration on all the sides of my earrings
Sadly after a couple of years of wearing the lovely golden Blake earrings started getting brown discolouration all the sides even though they never got wet. Quite frustrating as the price was not cheap in comparison with earrings you'd buy off Temu and wear a couple of seasons. Saw them first at Andreea Ali and she still wears the same model. I wonder if they changed the quality of materials, very random for earrings to get spots like that so soon!
