Grifters disguised as car rental
If I could give less than 1 star I would. We hired 2 cars July 2025 for our extended family. On return they charged for damage that wasn’t there and 120euro for extraordinary cleaning. They refused to justify the charges or even discuss. I only paid because we would have missed our flight which I suspect they knew and used as leverage (rental site is away from Bergamo airport). After we had left more damage was added - strange that both cars had exactly the same damage! On return I took this up with my credit card company and got a full refund. I’ll never be back and I’ve hired dozens of cars over the years and never had any problems until now.
Bad faith business—and they know it
Bad faith business. I rent cars dozens of times a year. Their advertised price does not include MANDATORY fees that will be added upon pick up. Car chains are mandatory (half of the year) AND not included in the price. The surprise cost added to my bill upon pick was THREE TIMES MORE PER DAY compared to advertised. My booking voucher explicitly said "Pay at pick up:
0.00 EUR" and yet I paid three times more than my prepayment. They know exactly what they are doing.
Can't wait for the drop for surprise fees (they hinted at a mandatory clean up fee).
This will be escalated, reported, and claimed back (rented at one of Milan's locations).

AVOID AND DON'T BELIEVE POSITIVE REVIEWS. I was charged €130 for two small marks, less than 2 mm each, on the right rear door. Plus €60 for a technical stop, the time it takes to repair the car. Then €20 for cleaning the car, even though they told me it would be €15. In total, €256 extra, including VAT. The guy was very rude, insulted me, and then started recording me. We had a heated argument, but I was respectful throughout. He claimed I called him a pig, which isn't true. Don't be tempted by low prices like I was. I rented the car through Do You Italy

Jeg var meget skeptisk over at leje bil her i Napoli, da det var det billigste selskab – men afhentning og aflevering gik faktisk uden problemer, og der blev ikke påpeget nogen skader.
2–4 måneder senere er der dog blevet hævet penge på mit Mastercard 4–5 gange, uden forklaring.
Jeg har forsøgt at kontakte dem både via mail (ingen svar) og telefonisk. Telefonisk får jeg blot at vide, at det “ikke har noget med dem at gøre”, og at det angiveligt skulle være bøder.
Det giver ingen mening, at bøder skulle komme drypvis og så lang tid efter – og uden dokumentation.
Jeg er halv italiener og har rejst meget i Italien, og det her føles desværre som useriøs praksis.
Jeg har nu:
• Spærret mit Mastercard
• Oprettet indsigelse via banken
Mit råd: vælg et andet selskab – også selvom det koster lidt mere.

Mi hanno consegnato un’auto completamente sporca e qualche giorno dopo la riconsegna mi hanno addebitato 25€ per il lavaggio… non vogliono rimborsare nonostante li abbia sollecitati più volte inviando anche delle foto
Gli operatori sarebbero stati disposti a farlo, ma poi hanno passato la palla ad una specie di responsabile ucraino che sa solo attaccare i clienti
Vedendo altre recensioni sono soliti addebitare il lavaggio anche se non dovuto
Evitateli, riescono a non restituire soldi anche davanti a delle chiare foto, il responsabile non sa gestire e sostiene falsità per non restituire 25€

Scammers! They charged me for pre-existing damage (which I proved by sending photos). They promised to refund the amount, but three months later, I still haven’t received anything and they no longer answer my WhatsApp or emails.
Rented car broke down- no refund for taxi
Rented car broke down, happens, no hard feelings. Guy from the company said to come to the office to get next car, taxi will be refunded after sending invoice to headquarters in Milan. I did as it was planned. But after sending invoice for the taxi after coming back to Poland- full silence, no refund, no apologies, no nothing. Shame. Avoid this company!!

Scam artists. Continue to take money when vehicle no longer rented. Disgusting attitude. Avoid avoid avoid dont make the mistake i did.
They didn't have shuttle bus although…
They didn't have shuttle bus although included in the services I hired. Needed to walk with a 3years old and 3 luggages all the way from the airport. A week later, when returning the car, they had same proble, no shuttle bus and no solution. I complained and they threated me to charge me cleaning services. I requested the complain form compulsory to have in all companies and they told me they don't have (more clients and the workers of the other company in same office witnessed it), after my insistance the worker at counter told me he could give me a rive quickly to the airport.
They also had different returned time in their documents and wanted to charge me and extra.

Tried to charge for existing damage. Luckily I had photo. Very aggressive and charged 20 euro for car needing a wash. Also tried to charge 75 euros for interior clean. Car initially was in poor condition. Keep away from them

We hired a car/2 as their was 6 of us on picking the car up we checked it out OK new car ,not very clean but we were just going to use it to our hotel
As we were on our journey I looked in the glove compartment for the paperwork that you usually get nothing I thought nothing of it.
On our way back to the airport we had a puncture in the middle of Milan
We managed to get the tyre of and replace it only to discover that the spare was also flat ,we had no way to get help as no paper work the only telephone no was their office they could not helpsaid we had to call the roadside help but we had no number so we had to leave the car where it was we had to get to the airport in 2hrs for our flight
They were no help at all then thy took our deposit +charge for fuel that we took a photo of when we get to the car in the first place it was half full thTs how we left it plus charged for road side service+cleaning the car.
So far we have been charged £598+£600 dep absolutely a SCAM company that has no customer service/care they should be closed down.
Do not rent from this company
Do not rent from these guys. If you decide to rent a car, then make a video of the whole car, inside and out as the check out document has fewer damages mentioned and they try to claim old damage when you return the car.
After they tried that with us, I saw them try it with the next family whilst I was waiting for their shuttle service.
If they put in writing that you do not have to vacuum clean the car, do it as they won't honour their word and will charge you 85 euro!! for vacuum cleaning after check in document has signed off and deposit returned without issues.
If you ask for their complaints process or the organisations were they are registered then you won't receive an answer.
Voleurs de bas étage
J'avais mis 5 étoiles. Je suis obligée de les retirer parce que ces voleurs de bas étage me prélèvent maintenant 155€ en plus du prix de deux amendes (à 30 secondes d'intervalle pour avoir roulé sur une route non autorisée ??? L'Italie est définitivement un pays de *****) pour "gestion administrative ??? Quoi envoyer une mail ca coute 155€ ??? Vous n'êtes que des vaux rien. Déjà que louer hors saison une voiture à 170€ les 4 jours ...
Worst company ever. They try to debit you for pre existing damages
Worst company ever.
They always provide you a checkout document not updated and they try to debit you for all the other damages the car has and if you don't have clear videos or pictures, they actually debit you. Moreover, in winter time, they oblige you to pay for snow chains, that's ridicolous because the car is obliged to carry snow chains otherwise the car can't circulate (and they don't make ay money if they don't rent cars).
My last personal experience saw 5 different damages debited to me and when I sent a video of the car (taken before I drove it) they waived 4 damages and still sent me an invoice for a very very small damage to the windshield (800 eur). After receiving the invocie I had to send them a screenshot taken from the video showing the pre existing damage and they still say that I have to pay because the screenshot is not 100 clear.
Other two times they tried to debit me for damages, but they couldn't because I had a clear video.
They always try to scam you.
Be careful.
