I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED
it was a terrible and very very negative experience, I suffered a scam and I was absolutely not protected by Chrono24, absolutely non-existent after-sales support.
The Facts: I bought a Rolex watch it had to be new and accompanied by all the documents the price was 19,800 euros, it was offered by a professional dealer who has been on the platform since 2019, before making the purchase I thought of contacting the expert Chrono24 "option present on the platform", asking for information both on the seller and on the product and its real market value, they answered me by "copying and pasting" the descriptions published by the seller and about the trader they told me what was written on the page of the same "totally useless answer", I contacted the seller asking for a discount who answered me after a minute in a very kind way and granting me the requested discount, I made the purchase by making the big mistake of making a bank transfer (never do it) everything worked, the watch was shipped quickly, insured package, everything was ok, once the package was opened, the watch had no instruction booklet, leather case, certificate and green seal of the original product, I wrote to the seller as usual after 1 minute, he apologized and told me he would send me everything, only the leather case arrived, suspicious by the fact that I noticed very shiny parts and opaque parts, I asked where it came from, the seller, always very fast, gave me a name of a Rolex dealer in Milan whom I promptly contacted by sending the serial number, who very kindly told me that the serial number has never passed through them, I contacted Chrono24 explaining my doubts, they replied with the usual copy paste saying that he has been a professional dealer since 2019 and nothing else, I contacted the seller to inform him and he was always kind and advised me to have it viewed by an Official Rolex Dealer which was far from easy I found a lot of obstructionism until I found one willing to view it 280 km away, limited to work commitments, I managed to do so, the answer was "we are sorry but we are not in a position to certify that the watch is authentic" with a nice smile and with the diplomacy of a Rolex dealer , in the meantime, however, the 14 days of purchase protection had passed, I contacted the seller who NEVER ANSWERED ME AGAIN, disappeared, all the advertisements he had on the Chrono24 platform disappeared, absolutely nothing, I immediately contacted Chrono24 and here the most devastating scenario of the whole affair presented itself, a rubber wall, total indifference, no information, no advice, no support, they didn't even know what the seller's name was, I pressed but only evasive and automatic answers, no they gave me no information on why the seller closed his account, obviously they are trained to respond without saying anything, the support is really non-existent, "send a registered letter" this is the only articulated answer they have been able to give to a member of the Chrono24 community who has entered "their home" where everything you see and read serves to reassure you and give you the guarantee of being protected, supported and absolutely sure of being able to spend your money in complete safety, is the most great joke that there is online, the seller certified by them disappeared after cashing in and closed the account, Chrono24 the worst of the worst, even annoyed by my pressure in the face of a scam, the only thing that they said it was "send a registered letter to the seller" which I did but obviously it came back, result: I PURCHASED ON CHRONO24 FROM A CERTIFIED SELLER AND I WAS SCAMMED - CHRONO24 ABANDONED ME TO MYSELF, MAKE ARRANGEMENTS, I confronted myself with the Consumers' Association and they guaranteed me legal support, I filed a complaint with the police for fraud against both the seller and Chrono24. I am absolutely convinced that Chrono24's flaws are enormous to the point that both on my part and on my part of many reading online who have had very negative experiences the suspicion of connivance, this is what happened, if I had paid by credit card I would have been protected beyond 14 days I remind everyone that "non-compliance" does not have a limit of 14 dd . I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED 19,000 EUROS AFTER PURCHASING A WATCH ON CHRONO24

Kellon hankintaprosessi sujui erittäin hyvin ja turvallisesti. Toiminta oli hyvin informatiivista ja hyvin järjestetty hankinnasta, jälkihoitoon.

Kello oli lähes käyttämättömän näköinen ja tuntuinen vaikka Raymond Weil Tangolla 5560 on jo ikää. Kokonaan kullattu ranneke on näyttävän näköinen. Hyvä, että siihen sai 45 eurolla tilattua rannekkeen lisäpalan. Kultaseppä ilmoitti, ettei muu kuin kellotehtaan tekemä kultaus tule pysymään rannekkeessa vaan se kultasepänliikkeessä kullattuna kuluisi hetkessä pois.

Koko prosessi oli hyvin selkeä ja nopea. Myyjä vastasi kysymykseen nopeasti, hintaehdotukseni käsiteltiin pikaisesti ja kello toimitettiin nopeasti. Olen hyvin tyytyväinen ostokokemukseen.
