Since they tried to make a fool of me, I will report it to all possible regulatory bodies. Let them assess whether the service they offer is at the required level and how well the rights of the customers are protected.

Great communication, fast reaction time, can't complain about anything!!!! From initial contact on a Saturday afternoon (yes did waffle on abit but in a good way 😂) to Brandon turning up on Monday afternoon to fit new windscreen, very good and curtious to my partner, which I would like to thank him for and for doing a great job. All in all highly recommend this company to anyone.

Would never use this company again. Used them as they promised next day fitting. They then rang the next day to say the fitter hadn't turned up for work so can they reschedule for the tomorrow. This was an inconvenience but not the end of the world.
When the fitter Brandon, was finished he left glass all around and inside the car. He also left loads of glass inside the boot cassette so every time you opened the boot broken glass rattled around. If that wasn't bad enough he also managed to snap the clips on the interior trims so they don't sit flush anymore.
When i contacted Chips Ahoy about this they accused me of braking the trims myself and trying to get them to pay for it. Which now looking at previous reviews is how they deal with all complaints of damage. A real cowboy outfit who now won't even ring me back.

I had to get my windscreen replaced quick due to a chip turning to a crack overnight and these guys managed THE NEXT DAY! Charlie at the Basildon branch was brilliant, polite and friendly and gave great tips for aftercare! Honestly would use these again. So reasonably priced compared to other quotes I had!

Great on price and great customer service. Charlie was kind and considerate on a torrential rainy day and made sure I was comfortable while I waited.

Charlie was very professional and explained what was going on. And when they was a issue he stayed behind to rectify the problem.

After having my window smashed and another company quoting a ridiculous amount to replace it I found chips ahoy who quoted me literally 5 times cheaper. They were really helpful and friendly and the work was carried out by Charlie. He did it quickly and to a high standard and made sure to tell me some aftercare tips. I couldn't be happier with the work carried out.

Very professional service, Charlie in particular was very helpful and professional - I was even offered an umbrella as I was going to pop out for a walk while waiting for the work to be done! Fully replaced windscreen in about an hour! Highly recommend

From the initial phone call to the work on site, Chips Ahoy were clear, helpful and went above and beyond to sort out my windscreen. Brandon was on time, personable and efficient, leaving my car and windscreen clean and ready to go. The fact that coming out to me was part of the price was a key factor in choosing them.

Was assured screen would be fitted the next day (Saturday) as the car was dangerous to use, the time moved from 8-12 to 3pm the fitter rang and said he wasn’t coming and that they are fully booked Monday and Tuesday, called the office and the rude aggressive bloke on the other end said we had cancelled (even though we’d waited in all day) and that the £80 deposit didn’t even cover the cost of the glass and wanted to know what we was going to do about it, I said “nothing, we have had to go elsewhere and you didn’t bother turning up and wouldn’t answer the phone “ they refused to give the deposit back and said they’d ring me back, needless to say they didn’t ring back, so I’ve claimed the money back from the bank and received it - DO NOT USE THEM

Someone smashed my windscreen at 1am Saturday morning, i called the Saturday afternoon when finding out and these guys had it ordered in for Sunday night ready to fit Monday morning 8am … fastest and cheapest quote I received from numerous other companies would highly recommend
