Poor customer service
Contacted customer services about a return and exchange- the item was showing as out of stock on the exchange page but could be ordered from the main website. No one ever replied so the full cost of return and re delivery had to be paid. Really poor customer service

No stretch.
I wasn't sure if the top would fit me as I have gone down a dress size. It does fit,but there's no stretch in the top.i have looked at the top for ages, so I sent for it.i would have preferred to size up but the postage, it would have cost me too much money again it would have been better if I could have had a free return with a replacement. I know have a lovely top I am unable to wear. So I don't think I will be ordering anything again sorry.

so comfy and good quality while bringing fun.
I already have a few items from Chinti and Parker and love them all. I have a very sensitive skin and usually have allergic reaction to material but not to their cashmere/wool sweaters! The quality of the cotton t-shirts is great. I have a couple and just bought one which will be a Christmas present for a friend who was admiring mine. Delivery is super fast too. And they have great sales!
