Antonio, we’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy because your package was held by customs. Our shipping policy explains that customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We always complete customs declarations accurately to help avoid issues, but unfortunately we cannot influence how individual customs offices process incoming parcels.
If there’s anything else we can help clarify, just let us know.
Posted safely and arrived in good time!

Everything was fantastic service
Everything was fantastic service. First the item was a great price and quickly dispatched, unfortunately due to some post office confusion it got sent back to the shop but Chief cards were very commicative and chased it up and redelivered it at no extra cost. Highly recommended.
