Heard they had new management and I needed truck serviced.
This review is specific to the service department; I can’t speak to the sales side. However, based on my service experience, I would not feel comfortable buying a vehicle from this location.
I brought my truck in for a basic service and oil change. I specifically asked—verbally and clearly—that the tires be rotated including the spare, as one tire had recently been replaced and I wanted to ensure even wear. This was explained directly to the service advisor at the counter.
I was later notified that the truck was ready for pickup and was also informed that an additional item needed replacement under warranty.
After getting the truck home, I noticed the spare tire looked odd. It was not the original-size spare but was noticeably smaller (by an inch or two) and still mounted on the spare rim. Upon further review, Chevrolet does not recommend using this spare for extended driving, which makes rotating it questionable at best. I also noticed that none of the tires were inflated to Chevrolet’s recommended PSI, even though proper inflation is a standard part of a tire rotation.
I called to provide this feedback and to schedule the warranty repair. Since then, I’ve made five phone calls (including to the manager) and sent four texts, with no resolution or appointment for warrenty item. That is an unacceptable lack of follow-up.
I had some poor experiences here a year or two ago but was told at that time that management had changed and operations had improved. Unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case.
I would recommend going elsewhere for Chevrolet service. I’m very disappointed that basic quality control and simple follow-up—answering calls or returning messages—are still an issue. This is a very low bar for auto service, and it wasn’t met.
Not sure what they did with the tires but the senors are messed up as well.
Now I will have pay to have another shop fix what they guys could not or would not do.

But, what is the point in having auto start if it doesn’t heat up the cab? Seriously! It’s cold here in the real northern ny! 30 miles from the Canadian border! Is there someway to by pass that or is it something in the menu?

I brought my truck to the service center after experiencing driving issues that felt like transmission problems. It turned out to require major repairs, resulting in a $3,000 bill—on a 2019 Silverado RST 4x4 with under 60,000 miles. After doing my own research, I found a service bulletin related to this exact issue, but the dealership refused to assist with the cost because the powertrain warranty had expired just a year earlier. I also opened a case with GM, but never received any follow-up or resolution. Overall, I’m very disappointed in the lack of support from both the dealership and GM.

Purchased a 2023 Camaro SS from Diamond Chevrolet in Banning Oct 30th . They sold me a car with expired registration (Oct 2nd)and didn't add renewal fees to DMV they just did a title transfer on the contract. So now I have to deal with DMV and registration myself. I expect better service from a dealership not lemon lot service I guess they don't want my repeat visits for service or sales.

After years of exploring EVs, from Tesla and Lucid to Rivian and Genesis, I finally landed on the Chevy Equinox EV—and I couldn’t be happier.
I’ve road-tested nearly everything: the Lucid Air wowed me with comfort but required too many charging stops, Tesla impressed with software but felt overpriced, and Rivian surprised me with capability. Yet none struck the right balance of range, charging, comfort, and affordability until the Equinox EV.
My first major trip from Michigan to Oklahoma confirmed it: the Equinox’s 319-mile range and stable charging curve allowed me to complete the journey in one day, without the exhausting overnight layover I needed in the Lucid. Efficiency varied between 1.4–2.0 mi/kWh depending on terrain, but the stops were smooth and quick, never more than 200 miles apart.
The Equinox EV proves you don’t need to compromise. It delivers the practicality of an SUV, solid efficiency, and GM’s growing charging support—all at a price point that makes sense. After years of waiting, this is the EV that finally clicked for me.
Need some patience
I could stay patient, knowing that my previous malibu was reliable and never experienced a serious service. But I warn everyone who deals with Chevrolet: don’t expect good CS, timely delivery of your car, and innovation. The last one is their main problem. In recent years they haven't done anything good when it comes to electro models. Advise to go just for reliabiity🤷♂️

YOUR VICTORVILLE CHEVY RIPPED ME OFF AND THE MANAGER NEVER CALLS I TOLD THEM I WANTED AN OIL CHAGE AND MY TIRES I BOUGHT FIRST WOULDNT GIVE ME THE DEALS YOU SEND TO MY VIN AND THEN THE JERK DOES HIS COMPUTER HOOK UP (shows you an error with no name drop the car or vin or your name ) and stupid me fell for it but wouldn’t let them touch it . First time I get the receipt it’s semi okay so I ask to test the sensors ! The jerk goes and has them some oh it’s not infront of me but it was NOT Approved I have texts to this service writer he over charged me for a diagnosis they didn’t do and lied said Acid in gas then something else I want my 300 back and they didn’t give me the20 percent b discount that not one place said can not be used with other offers and didn’t price match my tires pretended too recipet differnt also I had a coupon for the mobile one service writer says no I sajd why? He said you’re not getting mobile one that cheap! Then I complained then they lied said it was mobile one on another actual recipet nope regular oil and 5 days later my oils needed to be added? I lnownrhey didn’t even do the oil change BECUSE I’m a girl doesn’t mean I don’t know cars ! My ex was a mechanic and I change my own plugs oil etc since I was young! I specifically asked not to be upsold and just don’t want the hassle and they lied the girl that answers won’t Connect you can’t reach Owner I think you need to refund me what I’m owed the 20% on all of it take off the faux diagnosis and now! Going to bbb if my car dies because THYE didn’t change the oil at all (pretty sure they didn’t ) you’re buying me a new commemorative Edition ! It took them two weeks to identify the issue with my car the first time I sent it off, then an additional seven days to fix it. always promising to give me a loaner car so I can go about my everyday business, but never delivering on that promise. The day after I got my car back after three weeks of being held captive, there was an engine noise that wasn't there on the first visit. After six days of waiting, I still haven't received any information on the problem. I never get a response when I phone the representative. There has been no response from anyone, and I still don't know what's wrong with my automobile. I still don't have any answers, and my car is in the service shop. In the event that my representative is not in the office, the other reps never respond. This center is useless.

I don't write reviews to often but this needs to be said . I bought brand new 350zz6 crate engine from gm . But because crate engine wasn't installed by a dealership but was installed by a professional engine builder they won't honor their warranty . First off the engine flywheel wasn't balanced and caused damage to starter, second it had a leak in front of oil pan. I took car to strickland in brantford ontario to have warranty issue fixed and service manger said he's not touching it because ( his words) his guys arnt firmiliar with fixing older cars but this is a new engine. . My advice to anyone wanting a gm product don't deal with gm as they will not warranty their product. Their excuse was gm didn't install it they're not warranty . It had nothing to do with install but everything to do with their assembly. I'll never touch a gm product. I will never do business with gm Brantford either as they are the ones who first said it's under warranty and to bring it in for work but have since fired the service manager who gave me the assurance it was covered and now new service manager TYLER said he's not touching this car. 1973 Buick centurion. Because gm doesn't have mechanics that k ow anything about older cars and is the reason for not getting engine done by a gm dealership. Pathetic company
$31,000 in repairs
Trax buyers beware. I purchased a Chevrolet Trax in June 2022 with 68,645 miles on it. Over the past 2.5 years, this vehicle has required over $15,000 in covered repairs, over $4,000 in uncovered repairs, and now a new engine at a cost of over $11,000. This despite the vehicle being well maintained and regularly serviced. After filing a complaint with Chevrolet Corporation, they offered financial assistance in the amount of $1,000 for a new engine. Unbelievable. If you are interested in buying a Chevy vehicle, I would think twice as, in my experience, their workmanship is profoundly substandard (as it was with my previous HHR). I do not understand how a car with a total of 123,000 miles on it needs a new engine. I've since purchased a Mazda CX-30 and couldn't be happier. Chevrolet has permanently lost a customer.

Harvard Chevrolet. Avoid this dealership since they no longer have a Buick approved Service Dept. Any warranty issues are you stuck with the problem and they will NOT reach out to GM for help. We had a Turo problem with our Buick Encore that was replaced once, prior to our buying the car, and now it has failed again. It seems this is an on going problem with the Encore and the Envision. Beware they offer no help and charge to diagnosis the vehicle. Will not contact GM to help resolve this issue. Rude service Mgr. did not listen and talked over me just want your money. Beware!
MK Smith Chevrolet poorly ran business
I don’t know about purchasing vehicles from here, but the service department is crooked. I brought my suburban here that has a multitude of problems. It has 42k miles so we are in the extended warranty. The Radio and cameras stopped working and the side mirrors randomly move on their own. The other problem is the back seat stopped moving automatically. Martin has been my contact person.
I always get the extended warranty on my cars because they always have computer issues. I have never had a problem and have had A lot of cars.
These people are seriously up to some deceptive business practices.
1. My seat in the back hasn’t been working for two weeks. On my way to take it my hydroflask tipped over and some electrolytes spilled over not splash just leaked out. I have a mat too stop them from staining my interior. Nothing splashed but I was almost there so was t able to clean it up. These clowns charged me $480 to take my seat apart and said liquid must have gotten on it so they just had to clean it and it worked but that’s not covered! Nice try the spill happened after the fact but them being family owned just show their lack of integrity so they went ahead and doctored up a reason for more money.
2. The other problems they could not blame on my spill so they said their labor was $460 also the warranty only payed a lesser rate per hour. Again they either padded their hourly rate or fudged the amount of time it took to work on it.
Bottom line do yourself a favor take your car somewhere that’s not going to rip you off and be desperate to help their bottom line.
Never seen anything like this they are a joke. Also the mirrors I had to pay extra hours to get fixed still don’t work.

Traded my 2018 Chevy Cruze for a 2024 trailblazer the theft determent system check service system light comes on sometime the truck starts then sometimes there’s no power at all then after you wait a while it’ll start up went to Rick Hendrix they want to keep the car for a week to check it out because the check engine light it’ll go off too but I also come back on. They want me to pay for a rental car even though it’s under warranty they say if I pay, they’ll reimburse me only if it’s a malfunction or something not gonna do that why should I? It’s a 2024 and it was their vehicle that they sold to me. I spoke with GM we talked about a lemon law vehicle. Rick Hendrix made me appointment for April 10 and if they don’t have no loaner I’ll just have to wait till it won’t start up again ever and then have it towed this is poor customer service. I do have a ticket number the lady from GM looked it up she said it wasn’t no recall and she did put in a ticket. She said an order for them to pay the rental car back to me if I get one which I’m not Rick Kendrick would have to say that it being to be a recall Not gonna do that how are you going? Sell somebody a brand-new car and the theft determined system is messed up because that’s what pops up on the screen then you wanna tie somebody’s brand-new truck up then you want them to get a rental car and pay for it, not gonna do that.
New GM
I purchased a first-year model of the new Equinox EV and initially had some reservations. However, I am pleased to report that the vehicle has performed exceptionally well, and the service provided by Chevrolet has been excellent. One year later, the car exceeds the advertised range, looks brand new, and drives impeccably. I am truly impressed by the "New GM".

Chevrolet Cagayan de Oro
Chevrolet Cagayan de Oro is not accredited anymore by the manufacturer since January 2025. There is therefore no longer a manufacturer warranty on the maintenance of Chevrolet vehicles purchased new or less of 3 years in the Philippines.
We made an appointment online and traveled from Ozamis City (Misamis Occidental) to Cagayan de Oro Kauswagan (Misamis Oriental) for nothing.
