The collection was brilliant but Chelston have been very poor at keeping in touch during the long delay in delivery (which is not their fault.)

Great team at Chelston Motorhomes collected me from the train station. Firstly did the getting to know the things on the van all very different from previous vehicle but was explained clearly. Then onto Julian in sales for the paperwork.

Had Habitation Check on Motorhome purchased from another dealer and pleased how thorough your Technician was. Highlighted various faults which I have rectified my Bailey Autograph 745 mostly worked by electric only use gas on cooker. Would continue to use Chelston Motorhomes.

I have an Autotrail motor home and they have a dedicated administration lady who deals with them and gets all the warranty problems and other minor issues resolved efficiently. So much that I am prepared to travel 80 odd miles to get the van serviced by them (I believe their labour rates are also slightly less than a service centre nearer home)

Great communication from my first contact, Paul Willicott handled the sale friendly & professionally from start to finish. Chelston hand over team were very good.

We ordered our new van June 22 with an estimated delivery date of April 23. We booked a sabbatical with work so we could travel through the summer. No updates came from dealer but we proactively called them several times and on the few occasions they returned calls it became clear the van would not arrive for summer. We tried staying in touch to find out when it would arrive but they just kept saying they didn't know until one day, at the end of October, no notice whatso ever they phoned to say it had arrived and we needed to make decisions on extras and arrange to pick it up. After researching the extras ,insurance we went to pay and they said the price had gone up several thousand pounds as it was so long after the order. I explained that was their issue not ours as we had wanted it earlier but they wouldn't move a single penny or offer reduced cost servicing etc. The whole process from start to finish had been such hard work it felt wrong to give these people any money at all let alone extra money so we cancelled the order.
