Really poor service. Taking advantage of people who are unable to travel due to government restrictions by refusing to offer a full refund. Claim it is because they have already had to order the PCR test and register the details - however other clinics are happily offering refunds without questions. Stated that other industries affected (such as airlines) are also refusing refunds - which is simply not the case. Given the extortionate rates this country charges for PCR tests compared to others, the least they can do is act with some decency and common sense.

Please do not trust this company. They charged us over £800 for 4 pcr tests. They did not follow the government guidelines and our tests were rejected in the country we travelled to. We sent an email confirming the timeframes for the testing that was required by the country and yet they gave us the complete wrong advice. We opted for a home visit and the nurse left our test paperwork behind when she left. 3 of our party had their names spelt incorrectly and it must match the passport in order to be valid. Despite this, they feel that they do not need to pay a refund even after not providing the service. Please don’t use them. Companies like this should not be scamming people during such a dire global situation.
