Recently purchased a Corinthia 2500 mattress through Bed world.
Steer clear of these mattresses.... awful 😞 had it barely a couple of days, unable to sleep...Will be forced into buying yet another PROPER mattress very soon.

Bad quality doesn't look same as website pictures.
Better off buying cheap mattress whith a quality branded name.

Ordered divan and headboard for my teenage daughter in silver plush velvet. Bed arrived promptly BUT it cannot even begin to be described as silver as it is brown! We had ordered 3 different fabric swatches which arrived without any labelling but managed to work out which was which based on the colours they were meant to be however all we can think is that they must look a completely different colour over a large surface or more likely the supplier is using a different fabric as none of the 3 swatches match exactly what is on the bed and headboard! The bed and headboard design is exactly as we were looking for and despite the colour being very disappointing and misleading we will keep them as we can't be bothered with the time and hassle of attempting to return them from Scotland!

Ordered what I thought was the Wimbourne kingsize mattress with supposedly 2000 pocket springs.
At first I got what I thought was the wrong one, nothing like the photo, they replaced it with the same one just a different colour. I have suffered with horrendous back pain, it feels like its stuffed with hay. I am debating cutting it open to see if there are springs inside, and also the so called luxurious topper is hard as rock and left body dents from the first night. Rubbish company shouldn't be allowed to trade, keep away don't waste your money.

We placed our order on Friday 24th December but did not receive any confirmations etc for the mattress.
The mattress did not arrive when expected and, as we received no delivery confirmations, we thought we had been scammed and ended up ordering another mattress as we moved in to our new home at the end of December and my daughter had nowhere to sleep.

We had also ordered a bed frame and we received a call from a delivery company while we were out saying they had arrived to deliver the order. They left it outside our home. When we got home, we realised it was not the bed frame but the missing mattress! We tried calling the delivery man but we're just sent to voicemail. We also sent him numerous messages asking him to call us as we needed this bed collected and returned. We also asked what company this delivery was made from on a number of messages but received no response. There was no paperwork or indication of supplier/manufacturer on the mattress itself.
After weeks of trying to contact the company unsuccessfully, I finally managed to get hold of someone to request a return. They wanted to charge me 80 pounds for the collection of the useless mattress but eventually agreed to a 50 pound fee, which I still find ridiculous. Eventually a collection was organised and a refund promised. The mattress was collected over a month ago and I am yet to receive my refund, despite attempts to phone/email/message via the website.

This is without doubt the worst service I have received and I feel as though I have been robbed!

Received the mattress I ordered today as promised. I ordered the 5000 pocket spring model with topper.
It looks amazing and the quality seems extremely impressive.
Obviously I have not slept on it yet but all seems to bode well.
Excellent service all round.

Very pleased with mattress.Impressed with very high standard of the mattress. Came well packaged and within a week. Extremely Comfortable. Comes highly recommended.

I wanted to return the bed, but Unfortunately couldn’t because there was no way to contact them. tried calling didn’t get through so I email and didn’t get replied. Too expensive I would not recommend this website

Extremely easy to order & delivery was quick & free which was the main reason for buying from this company!
The mattress itself looks very smart & feels nice ....although I suffer from several health issues & need at times to stay in bed for extended periods & unfortunately I have found this mattress doesn't feel that comfortable after a longer length of lying ! IMO the memory foam could do without the buttoned effect ...which looks nice, but leaves areas of less support & also the overall springy-ness is lacking a bit , so can feel a little hollow

Delivery very disappointing. You should deliver to situ, you cannot expect customers to heave matressses or beds above ground floor level. We would willing pay extras for this additional service.

1 man delivery is ridiculous, especially when they try to leave on the pavement

We tried to get in touch with the company but no reply from them. The mattress was delivered with 'bed bugs', probably from the dirty van which was also carrying peoples old mattresses. They could only have come from them or the van.

Mattress arrived on time . Though didn’t get any updates etc . After reading the reviews for this company was expecting not to be happy with purchase and fully expecting to return item . Was so wrong .Really comfortable mattress would recommend. I went for 5000 spring mattress( didn’t think u could get such a thing)with topper . Restful sleep every night.

Took over two weeks to deliver..given time and date, 12 till 6pm..im disabled so had my support worker waiting with me. She had leave at 6pm..
No call off drivers or company to say running late..turned up at 9pm, wanted leave it in a reception area..begged them to bring to my door..poor service..unhelpful.
On up side mattress is very comfortable.

After recieving 2 mattresses from you i emailed you to tell you how dissatisfied i was.The mattresses i received were nothing at all like the picture and discription online You did not get back to me with a response from my email just cheap mattresses with a different photo online absolutely disgusted never shop with you again!!! if i could give a 0 i would.

Awful customer service, delayed delivery after not showing up for the scheduled delivery date. Avoided calls. Definitely would not use again or recommend.

We were not sure what the quality of these beds would be like so decided to drive the 2.5 hours to visit the nearest branch of Bed World. There we were happy to see that the Ottoman base and headboard that we wanted were of good quality for the price. We also were able to try a number of different mattresses and chose their most expensive, the Elizabeth 4000. Helen in the store gave us a very competitive price and checked on available delivery dates. The earliest was in 12 days time. I received a call the day before it was due to be delivered confirming that it would be on its way. Bright and early the next day the bed was delivered. This company does seem to get some bad reviews but my experience has been extremely positive. Great price too!

I have now ordered four beds from this company. Beds came damaged. Beds came wrong size. Beds returned when replacement delivered and no refunds received. So far £2000 spent and not a single bed is correct. Last delivery came at 10.30pm at night and bed base was water damaged and filthy. So, after ordering four beds...all need to be returned...and again, no refund for anything has been received. I’ve called the number on the website over 23 times with no answer, ever. Multiple emails sent to them and not one reply. This is hideous. Truly it is.

Ordered a mattress- the name is what sold it to me to be honest- should have known- the price was a little too good to be true. 2 days after placing order requested to cancel order as needs changed. Mattress never delivered. eventually company- which trades under a few different names- replied to me after several days acknowledging order cancellation- 2 weeks down still no refund received. luckily purchased through Paypal so fingers crossed some security there. we'll see.

Arrived late and when it did arrive it was nothing like the picture.
Cheap poorly made I would honestly save your hard earned pennies and go some else.

They didn’t exist.
Many times I asked the address of the shop but no one reply.
No test,no buy.
I kept my promised.
