Tickets geboekt van tui fly, vraag gesteld voor bagage bij te boeken, dit gaat niet want zei ze zijn enkel reisbureau en bij tui fly is dit ook niet mogelijk, dit valt onder cheap tickets omdat de tickets daar gekocht zijn.
Best vliegtickets direct bij maatschappij boeken en zonder tussen persoon als er nog dingen achteraf veranderd moeten worden!

Ik heb bij Cheaptickets.nl drie vliegtickets gekocht, waarbij duidelijk bij mijn reservering aangegeven op de website stond (en nog steeds bij mijn boeking staat) dat per persoon 1 personal item en 1 stuk handbagage inbegrepen was.

Bij het inchecken bij de luchtvaartmaatschappij werd echter aangegeven dat de handbagage niet inbegrepen was. Vervolgens heb ik contact gezocht met de klantenservice van Cheaptickets via Whatsapp, waarbij de medewerkster gecheckt heeft en mij bevestigd heeft dat de handbagage wel degelijk inbegrepen was en dat als de luchtvaartmaatschappij anders beweerde, wij de handbagage aan de luchtvaartmaatschappij moesten betalen, de factuur opsturen naar Cheaptickets en dat Cheaptickets de kosten dan zou terug betalen.

Wij hebben daarop aan de luchtvaartmaatschappij betaald voor de handbagage en na thuiskomst heb ik conform de instructies van Cheaptickets de factuur naar ze op gestuurd. Vervolgens heb meerdere keren een mail van ze gehad waarin ze aangeven dat zij niet over de handbagage gaan en dat ze niet terug zullen betalen. Daarop heb ik ze gisteren gebeld en daarna heb ik een mail van ze gekregen waarin ze aangeven dat ze de terugbetaling zullen gaan verwerken. Vandaag kreeg ik vervolgens echter weer een mail waarin ze aangeven niet te zullen terugbetalen en ook telefonisch zeggen ze nu niet te zullen betalen "omdat ik de vliegtickets ontvangen heb en zij dus geleverd hebben wat ze mij verkocht hebben". Boek hier dus absoluut nooit, want dit is oplichting!

I have never experienced such abysmal customer service as I have with Cheaptickets.com. My recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I requested a simple adjustment to my return flight due to a schedule change made by the airline. Instead of addressing my specific request, Cheaptickets repeatedly sent me generic responses that completely ignored my needs. Even worse, they unilaterally altered my outbound flight—a flight I never asked to be changed—despite my clear and repeated instructions not to touch it.

Every interaction with their customer service was frustrating and unproductive. They seem either unwilling or incapable of understanding a straightforward request. The constant back-and-forth with them wasted valuable time and added unnecessary stress to my travel planning.

What’s more, they completely fail to escalate issues to management when requested, leaving you stuck in an endless loop of meaningless, copy-paste emails. Their inability to communicate effectively and take customer needs seriously makes me question whether they even care about their clients.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from Cheaptickets.com. Their incompetence and lack of customer care are astonishing. I’ll never book through them again and strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.

Zeer slechte ervaring, vlucht werd vervroegd naar de dag ervoor zonder dat wij op de hoogte werden gebracht. Gevolg nieuwe vlucht te boeken alsook nieuwe taxi op luchthaven van aankomst met alle bijkomende kosten hieraan verbonden. Tot op heden geen contact kunnen leggen of reactie verkregen.

Got the wrong times from cheap tickets , you can call these iclowns but you get someone on the phone from a callcenter in India who doesn't really speaks English and doesn't know anything, don't book by these clowns 😡😡

Cheap Tickets failed to connect my ticket to the airlines. I was not allowed to board and had to cancel my trip.

Itin#1. Bought rnd-trip tix arriving in 1 city, & departing another. On 2ND booking: flight betw cities.
Airline canceled 1 of connecting flights on 1st booking. Told we had to reschedule ALL the flights, including separate booking..! Round trip tix now $700 more & said we had to pay this. Connecting flight now 3X time more - of course they wanted our seats. They let us cancel, rebook dif airline, but flight betw cities still double original. We had completely insured everything.
2nd itin. Then Retina detachment w/ gas bubble in eye - no can fly. Canceled and rescheduled for months later — off season. Tix much cheaper. Said we had to pay special flight rates reserved for rebooking vs their own advertised rates. MUCH more. Why pay insurance? Rebook for Ticket betw cities required a higher priced ticket ‘level’; as ‘conditions’ for tickets changed. ? Now flight back to 3x our original price. They blame everything on the airline. Don’t be fooled. Insurance is of no value. Still fighting for reimbursement on this middle flight due to medical.
Tickets go up — you have to pay. Tickets go down - you have to pay.

I Had to change my booking due to the a weatherevent then again due to a medical event .now I can't get a refund or change my booking ... very dissapointing and I'm out a lot of money .

They keep cancelling my tickets. Do not buy from here!!!

Me and my family of 4, 2 boys and one girl, bought a southwest ticket, we did not get our tickets until a day before the flight, We were relieved. The next morning we got up early and went to the airport at 9 am, while trying to check in, they said the tickets were false and fake, also reported as fraud, we have tried to call but they won't cooperate, we are now sitting on a bench, we have no car since we turned in our rental, These were the cheapest tickets we could find($300) and we now have no money, we have no where to go since we checked out of the hotel we were staying at. The total rating is horrible I will never buy tickets from here again, please do not use cheaptickets.com ever.

We ended up getting our tickets after they gave us another flight, we had went to our gate, but when we were getting ready to board the plane, the staff scanned our tickets and, it happened again, the tickets were reported as fraud and we had to go back to the ticket place, we are stuck in the same situation again. I'll update if anything else happens

I got tickets from Denver to Amman, my middle name was spelled incorrect and I called them to get it fixed around 30 hours before the time of the flight, they told me that the airline had to get it fixed, Turkish airlines told me that cheap tickets had to do that, because I made the reservation with cheap tickets, they told me that they were going to get it corrected and I trusted them, I had enough time to cancel my reservation because it was more than 24 hours, but since they told me that were fixing it, I trusted them, they didn’t and I had to get new tickets the day I was traveling, I disputed the case and Turkish airlines gave me the money back for only my husbands ticket but nor mine, I Lost 1400 dollars and cheap tickets didn’t want to give me any kind of credit. I will never used them for my reservations, we travel a lot but now I use booking or try to do everything direct with hotels, flights, etc, I don’t use any of the companies that are attached to this like expedía o others, they will lose money too because I tell everyone I know my story with this and tell them to not use this companies anymore, unless someone wants to lose money easily

BOEK HIER NIET!!!!! echt een waardeloos bedrijf en waardeloze klantenservice. Zij hebben verkeerde persoonsgegevens verstrekt bij de Airline waardoor wij niet online kunnen inchecken en er heel veel extra kosten bijkomen. De klantenservice geeft alleen maar verkeerde informatie om mij af te wimpelen.

Betaal liever iets meer, zodat je zonder stress kan vliegen.

I saw $800 tickets on their site that were selling for $1600 on Deltas webite for flights to Jamaica during Christmas week... I thought, what an amazing price! a few days after this was booked, DELTA deleted my reservation due to CHEAPTickets unethical activities. Delta told me that the price they were charging customers was too low and they were not adhering to their contract with Delta so this was not allowed and they were trying to go around their contract with Delta unethically and illegally.

Delta told me that if I went to the airport on Christmas week with my reservation confirmation, Delta would not honor my ticket that I bought on cheap tickets and would not let me and my family on the plane! What a disaster. I could never ever trust this company they should not be doing business.

I disputed the $4,000 charge with my credit card and got my money back. Stay away from them like the plague!!!

Klantenservice = de grootste ergenis , krijgt alleen maar standaard antwoorden .
Wij boeken hier nooit meer . Dit zijn gewoon oplichters !!!

In januari 2 tickets voor rechtstreekse vlucht naar Tenerife geboekt. Werd ook bevestigd, totdat ik een half uur later een mail krijg dat de terugvlucht toch niet ok was en ik dus zelf een nieuwe terugvlucht moest boeken. Tot mijn grote verbazing wordt alsnog precies dezelfde terugvlucht weer aangeboden op de site. Deze weer geboekt en krijg vervolgens nogmaals boekingskosten à 28,50 om mijn oren. Ook kreeg ik alléén e-tickets van alleen de terugreis, maar níet van de heenreis. Je wilt niet weten hoeveel mailcontact (in het Engels) er over deze reis is geweest. Iedere mail wordt wéér door iemand anders ondertekend, allemaal met buitenlandse namen als Rasheed ed. Bellen is ook geen optie, ten eerste lang wachten, en ten tweede spreken ze totaal onverstaanbaar Engels. Wat een waardeloos bedrijf, NOOOOOOIT meer cheaptickets. En voor die € 28,50 kan ik op mijn kop gaan staan, die worden gewoon niet gerestitueerd.

I bought two plane tickets, each of which includes 20 kg of baggage allowance. A day before departure, Cheaptickets sent me an email saying that my baggage allowance had been removed. Then i called my airline to ask for information. I was later informed that no baggage allowance was EVER booked. Now I'm waiting for a response from CHEAPTICKETS, hopefully also my money.

Een boeking gemaakt van Oslo naar Amsterdam voor 25 maart '24. Het blijkt via een tussenstop in Stockholm te zijn. Oké, dat kan. Maar nu komt het: het zijn 2 verschillende vliegtuigen met zelftransfer. D.w.z. dat je zelf je koffer ergens van de band ophaalt, opnieuw incheckt en dit allemaal in 35 minuten. Dat kan dus nooit! Bij verzoek tot verandering van de ticket naar een goede combinatie komt Cheap tickets met een rekening van 240 euro extra kosten. Terwijl dit een fout van Cheaptickets is. Heb alsnog een nieuw ticket gekocht bij andere maatschappij voor 270 euro. Waardeloze bende boeven! Dat geld kan ik zeker naar fluiten.

I booked a flight in September and it was cancelled through the flight company. I received no mail about it until I called Cheap Tickets myself - apparently due to a mistake, my passenger info was deleted, therefore I couldn't find info about my flight anymore on their company's page, therefore I did not get any notifications on the mail address about the flight cancellation.

I had even paid extra and booked a special deal with their offered AirHelp Plus insurance. They never reminded me of it. I just realised I should look into that and have submitted my request for compensation on AirHelp page.

To get a refund, as I had booked my flight through the Cheap Tickets, I had to start the refund process with them. Now, I did that back in September and you can read on their webpage that a refund usually takes 10-12 weeks - that is about 3 months. So I should have gotten it in December or January.

I waited patiently, even forgot about it for some time. Then I remembered and contacted them via WhatsApp first. I got an automated reply and no one ever replied me after that.

Now it is March and up until I started calling them again 3 weeks ago, I had not received ANY e-mails from them. Even when they have (at least twice) told that I will receive a mail from a "specialised team". It's ridiculous and time consuming. Moreover, they have apparently requested the refund for the cancelled flight only a week ago, therefore they asked me to patiently wait another 6-14 weeks, and that they will contact me as soon as they have received that refund...

That left me with more questions than answers.

But in between, I will have no clue, as there will be no communication from them. It's always me that calls or writes to them or asks for any info. I find it a terrible, non-existent service!

I have been calling them every week for almost a month now, and while they reassure me that I will get this money back as soon as the flight provider pays them, it feels though I have just been scammed. I find it hard to find them trustworthy as they have given me many empty promises and their waiting times for refunds just don't add up.

Often times the client service is very forcedly polite and I doubt they truly care about me as a costumer. I would never use their service anymore and would always book straight though the flight provider. I am writing this review to spare any other person of my experience. Please look out for yourself!!

UPDATE! I got money back but not the amount the promised me, still have to call them to ask what's up with that. Considering I asked for money back in September and got it in March and they never updated me about it (except the mail that money was coming), I still regret ever using their services. A waste of time and money.

Refund annuleringsverzekering is SCAM.
Deze verzekering is enkel geldig wanneer Cheaptickets of de luchtvaartmaatschappij annuleert. Wij hadden een medisch incident in de luchthaven van tussenstop tijdens de heenreis met als gevolg een repatriëring, toch konden we het betaalde bedrag van de terugreis niet (gedeeltelijk) terug krijgen of eventueel herboeken (ze hadden nog een week de tijd om de zetels te verkopen). Helpdesk zit ergens in India, Bangladesh, of....
Voor ons geen tickets meer met Cheaptickets :-(
