I have used Chartwell for obtaining my mortgage and life insurance.
Everyone that I interacted with was great.
But Kane, Oliver and Jordan deserve special attention.
They went above and beyond to help me get the best product and they always had my best interest at heart, rather than trying to beguile me into smth…
Which is rare these days.

I would 100% recommend Chartwell funding, this is the second time we have used them. Simon and Star have been excellent all the way throughout the process right up to completion. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.

I would 100% recommend chartwell funding and will definitely be using them again I was panicking thinking we wouldn't be able to get a mortgage due to mine and my partners credit being in a bad way, that was until I found chartwell. Kane was my mortgage adviser he was brilliant, done all the hard work for you. Oliver was my insurance adviser and once again done all the hard work looking around etc and best of all it was free.

They communicated directly with my solicitors and helped keep everything on track to ensure we met the target completion date.

Both Tristan and Josh are fantastic.
I'd give 10 stars if I could.
Tristan once said to me "I look at it this way, if you were my sister, I would think have I done absolutely everything I can to help her" - And I truly felt I was being handled with the same care.
It was up and down a little bit, and there was a time we thought it was hopeless due to a down valuation.
But here we are now, with our official mortgage offer which we have accepted!! We are still in shock and disbelief.
We will forever be thankful to Tristan and Josh for their tenacity, patience and excellent communication.
Everything was explained very well to us as first time buyers and we were updated every step of the way. I cannot rate them enough and would recommend them to anyone. We'll be using them again when we remortgage :)

Great communication, friendly and professional approach. I was dreading the idea of remortgaging after my active mortgage company denied my application. I went straight to thinking i was being gaslight by Experian with my great credit score. Kenny was so positive and friendly. No judgement felt. Within days I got informed of a great mortgage offer, ticking all the boxes. Kenny, Josh and the whole team were great. Highly recommend.

This is my 4th time using Chartwell Funding and I couldn’t recommend them more! Chris and Abi have been exemplary in their work with regards to application to offer. Chris, especially,had been completely understanding in a more challenging situation but was supportive and made the process so much easier.
