I was given one of the candles as a gift during the holidays. I just got around to burning it. The throw is comparable to bath & body works 3 wick candles, minus the headache I tend to get from b&bw’s. Can’t comment on the quality of the ring as I haven’t gotten there yet, but the candle packaging is adorable and it honestly smells so good.

Absolutely love these guys! Customer service is fantastic and the candles smell absolutely lovely. The ring I got thankfully was suitable to my liking! I haven't tried their bath bombs yet but hopefully soon.

I had my ring out of the candle for 2 days and a stone fell out. It didn't even last 3 days. I received the order a week before. They refused to refund it and would only send a replacement. Maybe that one will make it 4 days.

I made an order in August and it was wrong. When I messaged the company, they were quick to fix it. I made an order in January and when I got it in February, I ended up with a necklace instead of a ring. I have since been trying to have them fix their mistake and gotten no response. I will probably never be ordering from any jewelry bath bomb/candle company again because of this company. There have been too many mistakes, and covid is no longer a valid excuse.

I love the bath bombs, the smells are amazing. I find they have gotten really cheap on the jewellery. I have been ordering here for years, but lately the rings are so cheap they turn your finger green, the appraisals are so low. I keep getting rings that are valued at 10$-25$. I used to get ones that were at least 50$. I think they should stop selling the jewelry in the bath bombs and just make bath bombs, of course they couldn't charge what they charge now for them. Delivery is so long, and they take your money right after you order. I am very disappointed in charmed aroma now.

I got an earring candle ...so disappointed the one looks bent..they dont even match..value 55 dollars my ass

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. As most others, the money was taken from my account straight away but I heard nothing about my order for 2 weeks, then a shipping label was created, but it still hadn’t been sent. My order finally arrived after almost 2 months. The candle and bath bomb smell amazing, BUT after seeing a few reveals online, I realised people are only getting the same 2 necklaces from the Harry Potter Golden Snitch candle. Because of this, I feel as though it’s a bit of a scam as there’s no way you’d be able to collect all the necklaces in a collection. EDIT: my necklace broke the first time I wore it. Pretty upset especially after waiting so long for it.

I love charmed aroma, the price is great when they are on sale, sometimes they are cheaper then bath and body works candles, and of course they are better cause you get a surprise. Each candle is a gamble, I got rings valued from $10 - $100. Only one$10, two $25, two $45, one $55, one $60, one $65 and one $100. Ring . Now that's not bad at all. Some rings tarnish a bit. But I also worked and did the dishes with them on. The candles are well scented, some are a little strong, but that's better then recieving a candle with no sent. They also burn clean they dont leave waste of wax behind. I love these candles I use to buy yankee but now I like charmed aroma, I love the surprise in each one kinda like a scratch ticket 😉
The bath bombs are pretty good as well, I have sensitive skin and so far I didn't get a reaction. I do recommend charmed aroma products, it's my little addiction 😊

Habe hier schon öfters bestellt und bin voll Zufrieden! Die Kerzen sind der Hammer! Und die lange Wartezeit ist auch Okay dadurch, das dass von New York transportiert wird muss man schon ein Monat warten!
Doof ist nur das man Zoll Zahlen wenn man mehr als 22€ hat. Aber dafür kann die Seite nichts!
Kann ich nur weiter Empfehlen!

if i could give them less then 0 i would fist i get an email sayin my package will be delivered the day before the email then when i ask why i got the wrong date to make sure my package would be in on time i get harrassed with emails that r rude not answering my inquiry at all then i notice the photo on the candle has txt printed across the face of one of my granbabies then still being harrassed after i have told the company i'm not happy with them or the package i am now being bombarded with emails now they are passing the blame again to me instead of owning up to there mistake. i have told them a couple times to stop contacting me and still they are contacting me and now tryin to say i approved txt across the face of my youngest granddaughter which is disgusting and way beyond pathetic. who would approve written txt across someone's face def not a grandma of 6 when the candle was for my daughters birthday beyond disgusted with these ppl and their actions !! do not recommend this company at all.

I had purchased 2 candies end of Nov plenty of time for Christmas and it arrived in Jan the next year. contacted customer service to inquire about where my package was and all they said was to check your local delivery to see if they have it. Customer service is useless it arrived literally 6 weeks later I'm pretty sure they forgot about my order and quickly did it because the rings and the wax were in a very weird place. That jewelry in general is crap and is not worth the money also when you burn the wax it's very awful for people with asthma. Horrible horrible thick air and the smell is so strong it's not necessary all in all Yankee candle still better oh bathboms are HORRIBLE. LEAVING your skin ikchy and dry. Not good products nor are they ARE NOT environmentally friendly company

Die Badebomben und Kerzen riechen super und der Schmuck ist sehr hochwertig und entspricht auch den Bildern. Der angegebene Schmuckwert lag bei mir zwischen 15 und 150 $, meistens im Bereich um 40 $.
Habe nun schon einige Male da bestellt und es war immer bestens verpackt, kann mir kaum vorstellen, dass da was kaputt gehen kann.

Die Lieferung nach Deutschland dauert einige Wochen, was mir aber vorher bewusst war. Außerdem können Zollgebühren anfallen.

Fazit:
Die Badebomben und Kerzen riechen himmlisch und der Schmuck ist wirklich schön. Ich werde definitiv noch öfter da bestellen.

The candles did not burn properly, I bought 2 neither burned correctly. The 2 rings I got are poor quality,one the stones fell out within an hour of wearing, the other the silver came off and showed copper. For the price of these candles I expected better! The company was of zero help.

Ordered 6 bath bombs recently, they took about a month for delivery as expected and explained on their website as it was Christmas and covid. One was the wrong size so i emailed and I got a response the next day asking for pics of the items i received. Got another response the next day asking me to pick a new bomb for the right size and it was shipped out right away and received 2 weeks later. Great customer service in my experience

I can accept that items get lost or are sold out, but not that I have to send several requests considering my order to get this information. After many weeks I got my replacement items and still some were missing in the parcel. Very bad customer service.

Parcel was very delayed partly due to ordering over christmas and covid. Candle looks amazing, strong smell and the ring is cute. I got in touch with customer service about my order after a month and was provided quickly with up to date tracking wish this was provided without needing to chase them. Price was good I ordered in a sale period.

I made a purchase December 4th. It is now January 7th and no package. No customer service. Maybe consumers affairs should get involve. They should not be allowed to so many people. First and last time i will purchase from them.

I agree with all of you this is the worst company ever. ! Like everyone is saying charged my card immediately! But never sent the product I’m out a lot of money. Save your time & money stay away from this company!
I’ve been waiting weeks no product & no solution

Garbage. I ordered on December 6 and still waiting for the product despite their shipping policy saying it takes way less than the time I'm waiting right now. They automatically charge you after you place your order whilst not sending any updates/ your shipment tracking number for WEEKS. The only emails you'll get from them are their sales. Customer service s-cks too: either automated messages or them blaming covid+the carrier. If you read the comments on their instagram it seems they put sh-t on sale without having the stock for it. Hence the stupid wait. AVOID THEM because they don't seem to learn their lesson nor care, given the amount of sale/discount emails we are getting despite the volume of customers waiting for their products or even updates on them. It really is insulting for them to spam us emails about discounts everyday when they dont even help their customers or provide the products that were bought from months ago. I wouldn't even give them a star if i could.
