Met Miles to check an apartment that we initially didn't like, however after discussing what we were looking for more specifically, he offered to show us a couple of additional apartments that we might like better (even though he was significantly time constrained). We loved one of those apartments (might have been the only one we had not seen online before), and decided to rent that same day. Miles followed up that same afternoon securing the apartment for us within a very short time frame. Plus, he was particularly helpful in explaining the process to us.

Chancellors was a great help: Miles was always very responsive, sending us a good variety of properties to look at and arranging tours.

We have dealt with Victoria Whitehouse for the past two years and found her to be exceptionally professional, positive and helpful in all aspects of our dealings with Chancellors. Victoria has been immensely supportive of our needs as landlords and we look forward to continuing to work with her.

We were fortunate to find a wonderful flat in St.John's Wood, after a lot of research, that too in our budget. All the credit for this goes to Miles Freeman from Chancellors who ensured the entire process was very smooth and was available all the time to answer any query we had since we are new to London. He ensured that we were completely satisfied with our decision and also offered us help in a lot of places being international students. We are really happy with the service.

We worked with Miles from the St Johns Wood branch. He was extremely proactive in setting up a viewing on the same day. We liked the apartment and he proactively reached out to the landlord to get an agreement in principle before we make the formal offer. For any questions/ queries he has always responded within 10-15 mins - I have never seen any property manager as on top of his work as Miles is.
Overall, Chancellors is great to work with as well, with well defined processes in place.

I am really impressed with Chancellors in St Johns Wood. Initially Dean the Director took our brief and was confident that if we marketed the property with Chancellors they would sell it very quickly. We dealt with Ian initially and then Sacha was our main point of contact. All three were really focussed and targeted the property to potential buyers. What I loved most about the team at Chancellors was they always kept us in the loop, who they were showing the property to; why they think the potential buyer would be interested in our property, what the potential buyers had said after viewing the property. Nothing was ever too much trouble! They really cared and provided a seamless and first class service. In my opinion one of the best Estate Agents I have ever come across in my lifetime! Initially when I spoke to Dean he was very confident that the property would sell quickly, I had my doubts as selling a property takes time and also during lockdown it would be challenging and I thought it would take at least 3-4 months to sell. Within 3 weeks we got an offer at the price that we wanted! Thank you to the team and especially Sacha for the brilliant and professional customer service! You are one amazing team and others could learn from your professionalism!

I would highly recommend them, they responded to every problem I had with urgency and guided me through a long process. Courteous and extremely helpful in all aspects, I would return to them in a heartbeat for any other properties that I had in London, due to this experience. A very friendly and professional team.

I was impressed that Sacha answered my email enquiry by telephone very quickly. I have a quirky sense of humour but he was not discouraged by that. Estate agents knowing the answers to questions about service charge and Freeholders is not common. 10 out of 10.

I called Chancellors as they had a property I was interested in previously but I had not dealt with them. Jack helped me by sending me some options. I then visited one flat with him and based on my feedback, he suggested visiting 2 flats both of which were excellent options. We put an offer on one of them the same day we visited and he was diligent, professional and timely in addressing queries and comments. He helped us secure the apartment promptly which is of course helpful for all concerned. When dealing with Jack, he was approachable and solution oriented, granting us the time needed to process information whilst moving efficiently. We highly recommend Jack and Chancellors!

I was very happy with the way your representative (Jack Vacher) showed me around the St. John's Wood property today (March 11). It so happened that this particular property had now been rented, but Mr.Vacher showed me another similar property in the area which he thought might interest me. Afterwards, he dropped me off at the local tube station, which was a nice gesture.
