In what was a really difficult sale, Briar was the key link in keeping us informed of the latest position. She was reliable and would contact us when requested to provide us with information and advice. Whilst communication with the Buyers solicitor was difficult it was usually Briar that managed to gain the required information.

Briar Jones has been navigating me through my very complicated and long winded sale/purchase for 6m. It has been stressful for me, complicated and longwinded, but she has been professional at all times, informative, and has moved it along brilliantly; the best thing is she answers her phone all of the time. Once my house was under offer my sale was passed to James Johnson, Sales Progression Adviser at Chancellors Head Office. I found James to be extremely professional, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He liaised with my solicitor when necessary and kept me informed of my buyer's progress until we exchanged.
