Flat 10 Grange Court
Erin made sure I was attending my appointment by ringing every day. She was polite and courteous. My only gripe would be we were left outside the property wondering where she was when she was inside. Also, the photos were older and the property was less well maintained than they showed.

I’ve been contacted prior my appointment to confirm the timings and also was informed about the best place to park the car. On the day we were greeted by Erin and have been shown around the flat even though we’ve showed up slightly earlier. Erin took us around the property and explained the conditions of the tenancy and the process of applying for it. We felt very welcomed and well informed, and didn’t feel rushed, which often happens especially if another person has arrived. Thank you!
