Easy and professional
The process was as easy as it could have been. Paulina didn't do the hard sell when we got into the property and gave us time to look around without constantly making us feel pressured to put in an offer before we were ready. After that she was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The wider team was professional and very responsive as well. The experience was drastically different to another high street estate agent with a notorious reputation in London.

In safe hands
Chancellors (in particular Nick) was the estate agent rep responsible for progressing the purchase of our new flat. He was professional and efficient and managed some difficult situations well. We felt we were in safe hands and would recommend.
