Shana has been really helpful in managing our property and has gone above and beyond to sort things out. She’s always friendly and keeps me updated on everything that is happening.

I initially contacted Chancellors last year for a valuation of my flat but decided not to proceed with their services. Despite this, they later contacted me about viewings for my parents' property—a property I have no connection with—which is being sold through another estate agent. After this, I made several attempts to contact them about my concerns of a data protection breach, but every email I sent was ignored until I escalated the issue with the Associate Director. It took a further several emails to finally receive an apology for misusing my personal information to gain business via my parents. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and unethical behaviour, as well as a disregard for data privacy. I cannot recommend Chancellors based on this experience. Since the process to get feedback has taken so long, I have since escalated my complaint to the ICO.

Shana at Chancellors recently arranged a full repainting of my rental property against really tight timelines, with a few extras added in as the project progressed. Her communication was great, clear and timely, and I really felt like she had my best interests at heart when getting quotes etc. The property looks great, ready for the new set of tenants.

They respond quickly to issues and are always polite and friendly, would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy and sell.

After several years of attempting to work with Chancellors as an organisation, I have given up.

Striving to have a successful partnership with Chancellors providing property management services for my property in the UK, whilst living abroad, was filled with service quality issues that resulted in even larger headaches as Chancellors' responsiveness to messages was dismal. As for a trusted and experienced advisor - on at least two occasions the Chancellors' team couldn't provide any information on the impact of UK regulatory changes. Even stepping away from the Chancellors resulted in challenges.

Being familiar with digital marketing I'm generally sceptical of reviews and therefore haven't posted a review before. On this occasion, I feel that if nothing gets said, nothing will change and someone else might suffer through the same experience I did.

I will never use their services and don't recommend anyone.

I viewed two properties with George Tubb. He us very warm, informative, patient and a very sweet person. Hes very clean cut and quick to answer all questions. Very concise and good experience with him and Chancellors in general
