Francesca has responded to me swiftly and helped with my issues in the place I'm renting as a tenant. Very pleasant experience.

Chancellors took over selling our house after a terrible experience with another estate agency, the difference in the levels of service was amazing, they provided an online app enabling us to check the progress of our house sale, they also telephoned on a weekly basis with updates, after twenty weeks with the first agency Chancellors found a buyer within four weeks of signing up, we will definately use them again

I went Into the office and greeted by an agent named Tiago. He made me feel very comfortable and went out of his way to help me find a suitable accommodation. At times I felt that he cared more about helping me than myself helping me which I thought was very kind of him. For his age, Tiago seems to be well informed and knows the companies policies. If you are looking for a property in oxford then this guy will find you one.

Iulia has made a great effort to assist in helping me find a property to rent. In my opinion, she has gone over and above what one can expect from a rental agent. I am trying to rent a property while being in another country and she has made every effort to make sure I get a good apartment (as I am not there to see it in person) and negotiate on my behalf.
