He is extremely professional and most considerate of our needs, and sets a high bar for all others.

Having enquired about numerous houses time and time again the same old problem occurs . Phoning up after seeing a house for sale to be told SSTC but where does it state that online? Its misleading and time wasting for buyers . Surly making a list of people intrested in case the sale falls through makes more sense then to advertise as still available this gives people false hope.
This was highlighted at the beginning of the week when we enquired about a house we have previously viewed to be told by the admin guy that yes it's still for sale and he arranged a viewing for us as the house was still online as for sale , to be told a few hours later by the sales team the viewing is paused as its already sold ! No apology just "he's just the admin guy " .

My wife left a review on Trustpilot about a week ago. She had a reply asking here to make direct contact with a Louise Hughes, this was not done as I had left a review on Facebook and the same person asked me to reply which I did. My issue is she has never replied to my email so there was no point. The second and most annoying thing is the branch Manager from Carterton phoned my wife tonight to explain why they leave properties on there website and Rightmove. It's the Area Manager who has said he wants them left so if anyone phones and shows an interest their details can be kept in case the offer falls through they can then contact people, great idea you think? this would be true if they actually took details as on more than one occasion we have phoned asking about a property to be told it has an offer on it and they are taking no more viewings. No name or contact details were given during these calls so how would they know who and how to contact. This was also confirmed by our Daughter who phoned for us about a property to see if it was available and was not asked for ant details . Why isn't this Company open and honest.

Katy has been a great point of contact for us throughout this process. Keeping us constantly up to date with our application process and supporting us if we have any questions.

From the perspective of a buyer looking to purchase in Carterton, why is it that practically every property I enquire about is showing for sale but isn't accepting viewings, as an offer has been accepted? And even 8 weeks later it's still not marked as sstc or even under offer. I don't think they have a clue how frustrating it is to look at either Rightmove or their own web site and not have a clue what is avalable. Trying to contact them is a joke, as it takes them days to respond to you calls and if you do manage to find anything that can be viewed they are pushy beyond belief. Our of six possible property that suit our requirements today 5 are no longer available but I guarantee they will still show in my searches next month.
