Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

It's all about communication and this is the area that has been excelled in. Fast responses to phone calls and emails. Polite, professional and a great help when transacting from a distance. Viewings were arranged at our convenience and conducted in a professional way and here's hoping that the resulting sale progresses the say way.

My short experience with chancellors was a complete waste of time & money don’t sell your house with this agent they don’t care about you as a customer. they are only interested in making money on the side , staff are programmed to up sell and force you into additional services you don’t need or want , business revolves around upsell all is controlled from head office and unless you want your details passed onto their so called partners so you receive calls day and night stay away from this company if you sign with them , they don’t care if you want to leave the contract if dissatisfied as they will charge you and this is more lucrative as a revenue stream stay away from chancellors estate agent -go with a genuine local agent I had a lucky escape as trading standards helped me stand up to these bullies trying to take money from me for no work
