Would recommend
Staff are amazing and constantly working to ensure you have everything you need. Weekly calls to keep you updated make you feel reassured as to the fact that they are on top of your property and your concerns. Due to market conditions we were unable to complete the chain this time around, but we'll be going straight back to Chancellors when we are ready to put the property back on the market.

Chancellors do not respond to complaints
Despite an initial reply on trust pilot from Chancellors- no response to my email or question yet 1 week on.
So don’t be fooled into thinking that complaints here are progressed.
Shocking and unprofessional. As a paying customer/landlord this is disgraceful
Chancellors - you have both my number and email address - stop stalling - 3 months and no resolutions

Rachel was excellent throughout the whole process, she made the journey of buying a home stress free, she was always just a phone call away, and she always replied very promptly, she really went the extra mile to make sure our needs were satisfied.
She made dealing with chancellors estate agents a pleasurable one, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Great customer service from Richard
Richard is always so friendly and helpful, and goes above and beyond in his customer service. He's really knowledgeable too so can always answer any question. His communication is great - he always keeps me informed and I can tell he's smiling - even when we're on the phone.

Moving from London to Aylesbury
We’ve recently been looking to rent in the Aylesbury area but we currently live over an hour away so it makes viewing properties difficult. James has been very supportive and ensured we still were able to see the property we wanted and didn’t rush us like other estate agents have. He’s very efficient and helpful with replying to our queries.
