I am submitting a formal complaint…

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my bike order.
The bike arrived defective. I took it to a professional technician at Electric Go, who confirmed that the controller is not working and the issue is error code 21, not the cable as previously suggested by your support team.
Despite this diagnosis, I was incorrectly informed that the problem was the cable. Later, I purchased a replacement controller directly from your company.
However, on May 5th, I received a cable instead of the controller I paid for. This is unacceptable and shows a serious failure in your service.
I received the bike on March 23rd, and the issue has still not been resolved after more than a month.
At this point, I no longer have confidence in your product or support service. I am therefore requesting a full refund for the bike and a refund for the incorrect item sent.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it through a chargeback with my bank and file formal complaints with EU consumer protection authorities.

I purchased an electric bike from…

I purchased an electric bike from Chamrider and the battery which became defective within the warranty period.

The battery no longer charges and is completely non-functional. A technician confirmed a fault with the BMS.

I contacted their support multiple times via WhatsApp and email. Initially, they responded, but they have now stopped replying for over 15 days without providing any solution.

This is unacceptable, especially for a product under warranty.

I do not recommend buying from this company due to poor after-sales support

ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I have a faulty 48V 25ah battery so contacted support 2 weeks ago (at the time of writing this review), and i've still not had any response.
Even if they did respond, I noticed their warranty terms breach EU laws. Something typical of Chinese sellers.

Terrible after-sales service - Faulty battery and no solution

I bought an e-bike, and it arrived with a faulty battery (DOA). The seller admitted the defect but has spent a week giving me excuses like "waiting for approval" instead of sending a replacement. I am a delivery worker and I've lost money and had to pay 125€ for a rental bike because of their delay. They refuse to provide a tracking number for the replacement. I have already filed a formal dispute with my bank (CaixaBank) for a full refund and damages. Avoid this company if you want a working product and real warranty.

European warranty rights ignored / Non respect de la garantie européenne

I am deeply disappointed with Chamrider.
9 months ago, I purchased a 35A battery. Fast delivery, good capacity (100+ km range), everything was fine at first.
Then the battery suddenly failed: it no longer accepts a charge. I contacted the seller, ran all the tests they requested, and was told an exchange was possible — but only if I paid for return shipping.
Warning to European buyers: Chamrider's warranty terms are incompatible with European consumer law. They only offer a 1-year warranty, and after 90 days, return shipping is at your expense, even for a defective product. Under EU law, the legal guarantee of conformity is 2 years minimum, and return costs for faulty goods must be covered by the seller.
To this day, despite my follow-ups, no acceptable solution has been offered. At the price of these batteries, a failure at 9 months with no proper support is unacceptable.
I will update this review if Chamrider offers a solution that respects my rights.

Je suis profondément déçu par Chamrider.
Il y a 9 mois, j'ai acheté une batterie 35A. Livraison rapide, bonne capacité (100+ km d'autonomie), jusque-là tout allait bien.
Puis la batterie est tombée en panne du jour au lendemain : elle refuse de se charger. J'ai contacté le vendeur, fait tous les tests demandés, et on m'a confirmé qu'un échange était possible — mais à condition que je paie les frais de retour.
Attention aux acheteurs européens : les conditions de garantie de Chamrider sont incompatibles avec le droit européen. Ils appliquent une garantie d'1 an seulement, et après 90 jours, les frais de retour sont à votre charge, même en cas de panne. Or, en Europe, la garantie légale de conformité est de 2 ans minimum, et les frais de retour d'un produit défectueux incombent au vendeur.
À ce jour, malgré mes relances, aucune solution acceptable ne m'a été proposée. Au prix de ces batteries, une panne à 9 mois sans prise en charge correcte est inacceptable.
Je mettrai cet avis à jour si Chamrider propose une solution conforme à mes droits.

Buenas baterías

Buenas baterías, Buena construcción, BMS decente y las celdas son buenas marca, LG, Samsung.... De momento he hecho 1100km en 3 meses con ellas y van fenomenal! son de lo mejor que te puedes encontrar en AliExpress las recomiendo, lo único malo es el servicio postventa que es totalmente nulo como te llegué mal te jodes y olvídate de la garantía...

A faulty battery was delivered

A faulty battery was delivered. It wouldn't charge . Chamrider refused to pay to return faulty battery. Offered a credit on next order...
Promised to send out replacement as soon as I returned faulty battery.
I returned battery but a week later, replacement still not sent out. Today I will apply for charge back on my credit card , under section 75 of the consumer credit act. Buyers beware.. service in event of an issue is shocking.

I am very disappointed with this…

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I tried to return the product, but the seller refused to cover the return shipping cost, even though the item did not meet my expectations. It felt like a scam — there was no proper customer support and I couldn’t find anyone to take responsibility. I would not recommend buying from this seller. Terrible experience.

Chamrider aliexpress worst seller experience

Just see and read the worst experience i ever had with a seller and AliExpress customer service they just full with crap talk, they talk like professional customer service and yet they do not solve any issues that occurs for the customer. I will make short and I will post all corresponding between me and the seller on aliexcrap. the seller by the navm J who work for chamrider. I saw a battery and i bought it, then a couple of day I asked the seller if they match the samme price from the first purchase if yes I would buy another battery. The seller said it's when I receive the first battery I'll get " a Part Refund" well this seller did not keep his promise and Aliexcrap customer service no help they can give, the fill people with nice and crap talk letting you believe that they help you with your case agianst the seller BUT NADA disgrace SHAME ON YOU ALIEXPRESS customer like me who puts food on your table for you and your children to eat a get a better and you spit on us customer. Anyway I contacted the seller who works for Chamrider and I told him that I bought the second battery, and meanwhile when I got the first battery it was missing a part, the bracket for the rear rack I mentioned this for seller and I told him that I also i want the Part refund that he promised if a buy another battery. BUT NO NO NO, This silly issue it could solved with one mail. but no it's seems like the seller is from another planet and sur not from planet earth, because he asks for the thing over and over again, I provided the with everything photos and videos but MY GOD this seller seems not to be mature and educated for how to handle an occurred issue or a challenge. this beyond my imagination and the worst experience I have ever witnessed and seen in my life. Read and see with me and Laugh a little to see how seller handle this stupid little issue. He literally need supervision and curse or something because his insulting the customers by his behavior. And Aliexcrap are useless they are nice to you and that is it.
