I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my bike order.
The bike arrived defective. I took it to a professional technician at Electric Go, who confirmed that the controller is not working and the issue is error code 21, not the cable as previously suggested by your support team.
Despite this diagnosis, I was incorrectly informed that the problem was the cable. Later, I purchased a replacement controller directly from your company.
However, on May 5th, I received a cable instead of the controller I paid for. This is unacceptable and shows a serious failure in your service.
I received the bike on March 23rd, and the issue has still not been resolved after more than a month.
At this point, I no longer have confidence in your product or support service. I am therefore requesting a full refund for the bike and a refund for the incorrect item sent.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it through a chargeback with my bank and file formal complaints with EU consumer protection authorities.
