Replaced a missing peptide NEXT DAY!!!
Answered the phone actually!! Also replied to email within an hour. Top notch. Used Chameleon because Chat GTP researched and stated they had the best (most complete) certifications.

Quick response, generous fix!

I wasn't able to get a code to verify my email. I texted the number the chat bot gave me. Within moments a real person had created an account for me and left a credit in my account as an apology. I ordered the product and it came 3 days later even with the weekend being a holiday.
