Purchased an FSA Crankset Team Issue Triple road. Struggled to find it elsewhere as wanted 53-39-30. 53 is not so common any more. But they had it in stock at a brilliant price. Very efficient service ordered on-line, received acknowledgement straight away, dispatch notice the next day and arrived 2 days later even though I took the free delivery option of Royal Mail. Well packaged and all the fitting instructions & accessories. Very pleased.

Do not use Chain Reaction Cycles in the UK, they use Parcelforce which rates as the worst parcel delivery company on TrustPilot. Parcel force have messed me around for the passed three days and I still do not know when my parcel will arrive, and by the way, they've not even attempted a delivery yet.

I ordered some parts that took forever to show up. Out of frustration I wrote a negative review. As fait would have it the parts showed up the same day. I apologize Chain Reaction Cycles.

I have used CRC for approx 4 years and in that time I can honestly say they have never let me down,
The service I have received has been excellent. I have only had one parcel lost in post but they dispatched another soon after I contacted them. Great alround service

I often browse cycling sites in my lunch break but have always found this one very slow and difficult to choose the right size only then to find out it is out of stock or a different price? Also when they send out an offer and say "50" unbeatable products but there are only 46 on the page?

I have experiences from Chain reaction cycle for last 1- 2 years.

I have not received last order, I contacted the company.

They made me wait forever. Finally I did not get any items.

They would not credit refund back to me.

I do not recommend this company.

Pay more and Use reliable company.

Parts I ordered took longer than estimated and arrived after I needed them for a race. Disappointed!

Always good delivery, some great prices, always check for any bike purchase

Order with slow slow dispatch 4 days until I receive the dispatch email (items in stock )
But arrive.
Take almost 10 days.
In other sites it takes 5 days

Denne rabat - kode virkede imidlertid ikke, så jeg måtte skrive til dem og forklare situationen - de lovede at fratrække rabatten hvis jeg skrev til dem når ordren var sat i gang.
Samtidig havde jeg fået en velkomst-voucher på kr. 50.
Den brugte jeg og placerede ordren hos firmaet.
Samtidig skrev jeg til dem som aftalt, at de skulle fratrække de kr. 150.
Svaret kom dog prompte at når jeg allerede havde brugt en rabat så kunne jeg ikke få den på kr. 150.
Jeg bad dem rette så jeg kun fik rabatten på kr. 150.
Svar: det kunne de ikke, men jeg kunne da bruge den en anden gang hvor jeg bestilte varer for over kr. 1.000.
Det synes jeg ikke er i orden - derfor lav kundservice. Priser er fine, men levering tog 5 dage.

I sent a mail regarding the additional charges of the new delivery service that overcharge me to deliver my parts.Company called DHL.All my previous parts was delivered via normal postal .I could have buy the item in a local shop.When I raised the issue ,nothing happened and I am still out of pocket.The only reply I got was that they have is that its their chois who they us to deliver parcel. Make sure U sent this mail to the owner of this store.I stop all dealing with them. Zero stars . I had to click on 1 star to sent message.
