CGT Lettings Recenzje

Ella Berry was warm, friendly, and I could have talked to her all day! She made sure to take photos of all areas of my flat, and complimented me on my home. It was a joy to have her here. She didn't ask if I had any issues, but the AI call did that (though I wasn't a fan of the AI call, it sounded like spam)

Looking for a house/moving is a stressful time but the entire process was made better with the CGT Quedgeley letting Team, all were so friendly, helpful and supportive every step. Also, really great communication keeping you updated constantly which is amazing!! Thank you girls, Lexi, Charlotte and all of you!!

I received excellent service from Hannah Roberts and James askew in negotiating quite a tricky situation to secure a new tenant

My first introduction to CGT was through Hannah Roberts as the agent. She was very capable and super helpful with helping us find the location and providing information above and beyond what most agents would do. It was also great she managed to rearrange our viewing at such short notice. Will certainly be using CGT again!

Hannah Robert’s in the Stroud office has been very good at getting things sorted for us, very responsive and speedy.
Many thanks

Lexi Gardner showed me around the initial viewing of the property and kept in contact throughout the application process, right up to the handover of keys and checking of the inventory. Lexi was friendly, informative, professional and helpful throughout the process, and replied to any queries I had quickly and effectively.

Hannah Roberts and the team at CGT have been absolutely fantastic. They have been so helpful, kind and accommodating with making sure the house was ready to be moved into. The communication and efficiency has been amazing.

I honestly couldn’t recommend CGT highly enough! I view a number of properties with them and also got me in to view some last minute. From the viewings right through to move-in day, the team have been absolutely fantastic. Communication was quick, clear, and always friendly – I never once felt left in the dark. They made what can often be a stressful process feel completely seamless.

Every detail was handled professionally, and they went the extra mile to make sure I was settled and happy in my new place. It’s rare to find an agency that is both efficient and genuinely cares about their tenants, but that’s exactly what I experienced here.

A huge thank you to the whole team and a special thanks to Saffron

Simple and easy process.
Hannah from the Stroud branch was amazing, and very professional.

Lexi Gardner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with during the whole process. I had a bit of unique personal situation on few aspects and Lexi was very supportive and explained things well. Great communication, professional and has a great attitude.
Would definitely recommend!

I recently moved into a new property through CGT Lettings and the whole process has been smooth and professional. From the initial viewing to signing the paperwork, everything was explained clearly and handled efficiently.

Communication has been excellent throughout, with quick responses to my questions and helpful guidance at each step. The move-in process felt straightforward and stress-free, which made settling into my new home much easier.

I really appreciate the friendly and approachable team, especially my agent Saffron and I’d happily recommend CGT Lettings to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency.

Thank you!

Lexi was a big help in helping us find the right rental property. Our experience with CGT was very smooth and easy.

Joe Taylor showed us around during our viewing, was very helpful with answering any questions we had, and then was also there on our first day to hand us the keys and show us all the bits we missed during the viewing due to the previous tenant being present. Very friendly team and a seamless process compared to other agencies.

Hannah Roberts has been polite and helpful throughout my time dealing with CGT Lettings. Nothing has been too much trouble. She has given me clear instructions on what I needed to do and been extremely professional.

Hannah was great, very helpful and professional.

Met Hannah Robert’s this morning for a viewing and she was very helpful, answered all my questions and was very polite

Lexi was great from start to finish of the process of my rental property. Communication from her was spot on. Communication from other members was not so great in the earlier days of looking for a property, emails often not responded to etc. But when I started dealing with Lexi everything went smoothly and she was very knowledgeable of the processes of renting.

Me and my partner was helped by Lexi at CGT Lettings Quedgeley to rent for the first time and she made the whole experience way less stressful as she replied to any enquires in a timely and friendly manner, I would definitely recommend CGT Lettings for anyone looking to move as the whole process was very straightforward with them.

CGT Lettings in Quedgeley has been very helpful to me and my partner on finding a place, we had the pleasure of dealing with Lexi who responded very quickly to all our emails and enquires and was helpful in general. Would recommend CGT Lettings to anyone looking to move.

Lovely and friendly. Have been a great service getting us into our new home. Thankyou
