If you are the owner of this business, to describe it as incompetent is an understatement. Utterly useless. If you are considering buying online from this company, take the time to heed the dreadful reviews and gamble your time away waiting for an item you’ve paid for, but is not actually in stock. This company seem to consider they are doing you a favour by sending something out 2 weeks after the purchase date; they have no comprehension of what Customer Service is or means.
After 3 phone calls to these incompetent misfortunates, I was given a refund instead of them sending the item I bought, as they obviously considered my attitude towards them regarding my purchase, made in goodwill, of an out-of-stock item, without any update from the company whatsoever, to be out of sorts with their ethic. To think, that I had considered, at one point, in buying a set of clubs from these fools, I’m SO glad I didn’t. They don’t deserve your hard earned money. Leave well alone. To the owner – you need to invest time and effort in a LIVE purchase system. I would never have wasted my time and money if I knew an item was out of stock in the first place. No updates, no phone calls, sweet FA in terms of service. What a total waste.

This company is terrible and very dodgy! DO NOT BUY OR USE THEM. You will regret it!
I ordered 2 golf wedges only 1 showed up they advised the other was out of stock until January. I bought directly on their website. Found them selling the “out of stock” wedge on eBay. Messaged them from my dads account they said they have 1 left. Absolute cowboys I’m contacting PayPal to raise a dispute and get a full refund.

I have paid for an order for golf gloves, I have paid the shipping costs, I have requested in multiple emails that they send me the product or they give me my money back, and they do not answer me .... deception page. DO NOT BUY here.

We had a lot of bad problems with them because we are waiting more than 1 year to receive our order and to have back our many... more than Euro 440,00, we wrote and called them often without any answer. We are surprise that the England state permit this kind of treatment. We really do not suggest to anybody to buy from this site. After covid emergency we will visit this company for having back our money.

5 STAR SERVICE>>>What a Professional company with Good customer after care. After receiving a pair of Golf Shoes I had an issue with the coating . (NO FAULT of CGDISCOUNTGOLF) I contacted them as soon as this happened sent photos and explained ,about 27days after purchase. I could not have been more pleased with the professional approach in rectifying the problem. Jacko Kept me 100% updated on what was happening and when. I will definitely be using them again. Just how it should be.

I was absolutely blown away with how quick this company despatched and therefor got my new club to me, I placed this order at I think 1 or 2am on Monday morning and this club was delivered Tuesday about lunch time, parcel force are definitely leading the way with how quick they are delivering at the moment but it got to me that quick because it was dispatched so quickly so I really appreciate it. Thank you very much!

I received really good customer service from CG Discount Golf. The phone was answered quickly and the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I paid for next day delivery and received the club within 24 hours and in perfect condition.

Thanks to Mike @cg discount phoned needing help for a club (sw) to match my set having gone to see if any available in the warehouse no was the answer mike advised myself of the nearest match after agreeing on the price I asked if I cd pay for delivery to arrive on 48hr postage the club was ordered on Wednesday pm 06/oct2021 but arrived b4 0800 on the next day 07/oct2021 thanks to mike at cg discount great information also amazing service will not hesitate to use cg again hope this cd help others thanks alan hill

Advertised as 3-5 days delivery.
14 days later. Still no delivery.
Cannot get an answer on the phone, by email or their online contact form.
Next call will be to my credit card company.
Goods are no longer wanted.

purchased Callaway shoes ten months ago unfortunately sole of golf shoe came unstuck , CGD discount golf replaced them with no hassle. I found CGD excellent to deal with.

Yes 100%, these guys are online bozos. I placed an order on amazon, they said it was dispatched and then 2 days later they ask me what length shaft i required!! I still don't have a putter and they have kept my money from the Amazon purchase. Seriously, if anybody is contemplating buying online from these dingo's.... DON'T!

Dreadful company, aftersales non existent. I returned faulty Calaway golf shoes over a month ago. They agreed they were faulty and promised to replace them. I returned them over a month ago and have received no replacement, no refund and no updates despite Amazons involvement. I personally doubt the shoes are genuine probably a cheap Chinese copy. I will never deal with them again.

Ordered a Callaway Mavrik 3 wood. Received a 7 wood in error. Was told to send it back and they would send correct club and refund postage. Took a few phone calls to get through but received correct club and got the postage refunded. Took a few extra days to get correct club but can't really fault their service.

I bought 3 golf gloves in April (40 €) but due to improper handling, I did not pay the shipping costs. CG DISCOUNT GOLF claimed them from me and I paid them through Paypal (£ 3.99). Still not having received anything 30 days later and after several reminders by email, I filed a complaint with Paypal. CG DISCOUNT GOLF gave me a refund of £ 3.99 and the case is closed. So I was robbed of 40 € by CG DISCOUNT GOLF. BE CAREFUL THESE ARE SCAMS !!!

Problem with an item,rung on Friday morning,spoke to customer service,received replacement on Tuesday morning,quick and polite service.

Ordered shoes, wrong colour sent and they weren't interested in rectifying.
Judging by some of the reviews on here, I was lucky to get anything at all! Shocking service. AVOID

Despite various promises, I have not yet received delivery of clubs and clothing that I ordered at the beginning of April. It would take 3 to 4 weeks, but people are now hiding behind the supplier (PING) and COVID. After a lot of email contact in the beginning, there has been no email response in recent weeks!
