Very quick and efficient service. Thank you.

Great prices and fast delivery, I would definitely buy from Certini again.

Pannier rack and integrated mudguards for the Vado SL, dispatched and delivered very quickly. Easy to fit and they look great, appreciate £150 is quite a lot for the mudguards and rack but it’s a £3k bike so needs some quality kit. Definitely recommend the product and company.

Great choice of products, prices and fast delivery

Certini are amazing. I build about 20-30 bikes a year and their parts delivery is next level. Bravo. You are way above other bike shops, you are becoming my number 1 go to.

Quick and reliable service with good prices to match!

Very competitive prices and extremely quick delivery every time absolute top service.

Needed a specialized specific part and i was pleased Certini had it in stock. Very grateful. I payed for 48 hr delivery as I needed it quickly and it took 72hrs unfortunately, not Certinis fault but slightly annoying and an extra £10!

Great service as always, and quick delivery.

Very good communication skills and fast responding. Quick shipping and just a top notch service. Would definitely buy from again, many times.

Absolutely amazing customer service.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Louis and Tomac from the Sales and Technical teams at Certini, Bristol, for their outstanding assistance throughout the process of building my custom S-Works Epic 9.

Louis has exceptional knowledge of the Epic platform and provided invaluable advice on setting up the cockpit. In particular, he helped me determine the ideal handlebar height and cockpit configuration to achieve the perfect riding position for me. His expertise and patience made a significant difference.

Tomac, the bike mechanic, guided me through the component selection process and did a fantastic job installing my preferred mechanical dropper post. This was no easy task, as the Epic 9 frame is not designed to accommodate a mechanical dropper post. The installation was executed brilliantly, with great attention to detail and a very clean finish.

After several rides across a variety of terrain, I can confidently say that the Epic 9 truly lives up to Specialized's claim of being "The Lightest, Fastest, Most Capable XC Race Bike Ever." It is noticeably superior to other cross-country bikes from major brands that I have experienced. The engineering and technology behind the bike are truly top-notch, and I would highly recommend the S-Works Epic 9 to anyone who is serious about XC racing or high-performance cross-country riding.

Thank you again to Louis, Tomac, and the entire team at Certini for delivering such an exceptional customer experience.

Very helpful guys at Certini, ordered a nice new wheelset for collection and they kindly put it all together with the discs and the new cassette, while I went for coffee.

Great company, easy to use web site, decent prices, good communications and swift delivery so perfect for my needs.
