VERY DISSATIFIED
I placed order by phone, then realize I ordered wrong item, I immediately started calling to cancel the order. I continued to call and left messages for almost 2 weeks. When I finally received a return call, they told me the item could not be returned. Customer Service is poor and I will never order or recommend this company to anyone

In your customer notes, you called 2 weeks after the order was placed trying to cancel after it was shipped. All Victor Mill bedding is 2-3 weeks delivery as it is American Made and is handcrafted; which is clearly stated upon checkout and on each items description related to Victor Mill.
Upon receiving the Midtown Daybed Set, you ordered the wrong size. We offered a replacement but chose to file a Master Card dispute which the charge was reversed and appears you received over $300 worth of free bedding at someone's else's expense. You refused to return the merchandise.
How can you be dissatisfied when basically lying to your credit card company to have someone else pay for your mistake?
I'm disappointed
The service SUCKED! We called and the guy said it WILL be here tomorrow and got here after like 2 weeks i mean are you kidding me!

You order took so long to process because you firstly ordered the incorrect size Kids Motorcycle Jacket, upon receipt of the item, another one was sent to you within 3 business days. While adding inside the box, you mistaking sent us religious notes and deed plot which we honestly sent to you no questions asked.

Rouall Lyme 8 oz all pirpose lotion / mens cologne.
My husband has used this all of our married lifr (39 years) we have never had a problem like this. The cologn is sealed in a box. When we opened one of our...the lid was not on correctly anf aboit 1/3 of the cologne is GONE

Your return was received on Friday, 5/16 and processed on Tuesday 5/20/2014; it takes a few days for the banks to communicate the refund. Let us know if you still have not received it after a few days, then we will put a trace on it.
Unacceptable.... It took almost 3 months to get a watch box.
Will never be ordering from them again. Period.

When placing the order, you were notified it was about 6-7 weeks because of backorder on the blank watch boxes and you were willing to wait. Your order was placed on 1/19/2014 and shipped next day air at our expense on 3/15/2014.
something to stare at
i believe i purchased a motorcycle vest great price eventhough i dont have a motorcycle. i have not worn it yet but i have worn it around my home just to get a view of how it looks. it is beautiful cant wait until the fall/winter so i can wear it with my boots

We do not include a receipt in the package to protect customer privacy; however all receipts/invoices are emailed with your tracking number.
You can send an email to customerservice@certaintystores.com with your name and/or order number and they will issue an RA number.
Easy and On Time
We ordered a leather motorcycle jacket, hoping the quality would be reasonable and got much better quality than we expected. Have referred several of our members to Certainty Stores and all have been greatly satisfied. Would recommend and definitely use again.
