I have ordered through Century Supplements many times - this last time, my order was just left in 'pending' for no reason. I have tried to contact them - nobody answers. They are not helpful. Its so disappointing. Used to really rate this company but this time has turned me away from them. They just ignore you. I'd avoid now - really. Just really poor

I have accessed your account in our system. Actually your account was not confirmed yet.
When you placed your first order, you would have been sent an email with the subject line "Account Confirmation for XXX". You needed to open this email and click on the link to complete your account registration. Perhaps it ended up in your junk folder.
I have accessed your account information in our system and manually confirmed your account, so hopefully you will have no issues logging in now.

It sounds like you are still awaiting your replacement packages. Please note that although it is very unusual for a replacement package to go missing as well, it can happen from time to time.

I’ve ordered from Century Supplements many times in the past and received my order no problem, but sadly my most recent order didn’t arrive. I contacted CS and they replied promptly in a friendly and helpful manner. After 30 days my order still hadn’t arrived and I was offered a refund or for my order to be reshipped. I asked for it to be sent again and it was dispatched the same day. Overall I’ve been really impressed with the customer service at CS and would recommend them and their products.

We replied to all of your order queries and promptly offered to resend or refund your order when it failed to arrive within 30 days of shipment.
You confirmed your shipping address with us and your missing product was resent on December 14th. Since the estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days, of course your replacement package will not have arrived yet.
Certainly you could have accepted a full refund instead if you chose to.

Après un avis sur votre site, Century complements a réagit et m'a écrit qu'ils allaient me renvoyer le colis non reçu en plusieurs fois.
J'ai bien reçu très vite mon premier colis avec un tiers de ma commande et depuis....rien malgré mes rappels sur leur site.
Je vais essayer une nouvelle fois de me faire livrer et ensuite je demanderai le remboursement de mon achat (plus de 100€) !!!
C'est déplorable.....

No delivery...
I heard this was a reputable site, yet I ordered back in November, was told my order was dispatched and would be with me in 10-15 days, but I have still not received it, I have emailed 3 times but have no had a reply. Not good service this time!
The same day as posting this, they replied to say that they have indeed replied each time, and foolishly i had not been checking my spam folder! Apologies and bad review reversed! Hopefully I will receive replacement soon..

Genuine, trustworthy company, have used for many years...
As the title says, Century Supplements are the best (if not the only, for certain products) company for your supplements. They ship to the UK, and in the 10 or so years that I have used them for have NEVER let me down. Product quality is also top-notch pharmaceutical quality.
On the rare occasion that something has not turned up as expected (and this has happened twice, in ten years, and was certainly a customs issue) they have always been very responsive via email, and always been good to their word and promptly reshipping the order or refunding.
I would recommend them 100%.
