Ordine N. 1300037983. Dopo varie mail inviate senza ricevere alcuna risposta,che segnalavano che il 21 agosto mi era arrivato un pacco senza tre confezioni di efedrina, mi rispondono il 10/09/24 su Trustpilot dopo aver pubblicato una recensione negativa. La risposta specificava che la merce mancante era stata rispedita il 30 agosto 2024 e che sarebbe arrivata entro 16 giorni. Ad oggi 27/09/24 non è arrivato alcun pacco ne tantomeno alcun rimborso . A tal punto farò sempre recensioni negative a questa Azienda che frega i soldi alle persone. NON COMPRATE ASSOLUTAMENTE. SONO DEI LADRI

Vedo che il tuo ordine 1300037983 è stato originariamente spedito il 19 giugno. Hai segnalato che l'ordine non era arrivato, quindi abbiamo inviato una sostituzione il 22 luglio.
Hai quindi segnalato di aver ricevuto 2 dei 3 pacchi il 21 agosto, quindi abbiamo effettuato un altro invio il 30 agosto.
Abbiamo risposto a tutte le e-mail o ai ticket che abbiamo ricevuto da te, saremo lieti di inviare screenshot come prova.
Invece di inviarci un'e-mail per farci sapere che questo ordine di 1 x 150 compresse non è arrivato con te in modo che possiamo risolvere il problema, hai scelto di lasciare un feedback negativo su trust pilot, è molto ingiusto.
A questo punto penso che sia meglio rimborsare le 150 compresse mancanti e chiudere questo caso, ti preghiamo di inviarci un'e-mail direttamente a info@centurysupplements.com in modo che ciò possa essere fatto.

I made an order in approximately September, and although it did not come, the Customer Service representative has offered to resend my order. Unfortunately, I did not receive any notifications for pick-up and the order was sent back to the sender. Now the company is issuing me a refund even after all that.

Trustworthy, efficient and great products
The best service I have received for a long while. Every order I make gets sent in pristine condition and on the one occasion it was not delivered I used the customer service portal and was contacted that day and they sent another delivery after investigating. The company are superb. I just wish companies were as useful and trustworthy in the UK!
