We live in Lewis Carroll Lodge. Cheltenham is a wonderful complex and an equally wonderful manager.
I would rate them both five star plus.

We had an emergency at my mother's apartment in Park Lodge Billericay this morning. Broken lock and mother locked inside with us unable to gain entry. She is vulnerable and we cannot thank the manager Paul enough for the caring and efficient way he dealt with it. Expert there within 20 minutes, constant support throughout and lock fixed. Mother safe and secure again. Thank you 🙏

Very comfortable guest room. Extremely clean with great facilities. The manager Jill was professional and friendly and made sure I had everything I need for my stay.

Kate at St Giles Lodge in Tonbridge, really does go the extra mile to ensure all the residents are looked after. She regularly organises various activities and meals & her outstanding service really is appreciated.

From making an offer for the apartment at Parkside court Southport,to all refurbishment being completed. Liz the lodge Manager has been absolutely superb.very helpful and always available for everyone. A very friendly well run building.

Great Meadow Lodge.
Our recent stay in Meadow Lodge in late August was, as previously found, a really enjoyable experience. The Guest Suite was spacious and well presented, looking out onto part of the Owners garden. Parking was easy and access and egress very simple. The Lodge looks to be very active and all of the foregoing is due to the efforts of Kim, the Lodge Manager. We look forward to returning.

My partner and myself stayed at Fairbanks lodge this last weekend. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Also friendly residents and very helpful Manageress. We look forward to staying their again soon.

I continue to be concerned about my relative who lives in a housing scheme managed by CEM. Essential repairs and maintenance have taken months, even years to be undertaken. There is money in the sink fund so why the delay.

I stayed at Charles lodge in Evesham on Saturday 5th September what a lovely guest suite very clean tea coffee biscuits in room Dawn had made it very easy for us to get into suite on a Saturday even though she wasn't working will definitely stay there again.

I carry out maintenance work at Barnes Lodge and I have always found the lodge manager Adam to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He is very thorough in his role and deals with any queries/questions to the best of his ability.

My mother recently located into independent living in Malvern and thanks to Mark, the manager (who started the same day as mum moved in, ) the transition has been flawless. Without being intrusive, Mark has always been around to answer questions, give advice and help her sort out plumbers and other tradesmen when needed. We couldn’t have hoped for a better start to life in Malvern

I have just had another great stay in the guest suite at St Andrews Lodge in Chippenham. I am always made most welcome by the manager Rachel, who runs a great community at Chippenham, providing lots of varied activities for the owners. The large , beautifully appointed guest suite makes a stay here a real treat.

I am a resident at Hadley Lodge, Quinton.
The Manager here is called Helen and she is a most pleasant, helpful and friendly lady.
She has done everything required of her to help me settle into the Lodge.
She upholds the rules but always with a smile. She is happy to give advice and shows she cares about the residents.
Moving to an apartment has been a total change for me but I have settled in very well and am very happy to call it home.

Lorraine has been so accommodating and supportive since our father moved in. Nothing is too much trouble and the guest suite which I have been using is very functional, clean and comfortable. So handy to have this on site for visiting my father and at such a reasonable cost too. Highly recommend

My experience is based solely on Ash Lodge, Walton on Thames, Surrey. The owners lounge is a great place for everyone to meet up and the garden has great seating complete with extra cushions. The events organised by the manager David are always well attended. David also goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy

Today, 21 of us attended the annual barbecue in the gardens of Tyrell Lodge. What a super time was had by all. The food was excellent and plentiful, as were the liquid refreshments.
The event was organised by our lodge manager, Amanda. Like everything that Amanda organises, it was first class. Her husband did the barbecue and her daughters were there helping serving the food and drink. A great family effort - thank you to Amanda and her family. The best barbecue that we have had in the 4 years that I have been here.

Kelly the lodge manager at Ellesmere is utterly brilliant. The place is great and Nina the agent was also very helpful. I would recommend.

My dad has been a flat owner at Bechers Court in Aintree, Liverpool, for over ten years. He is very happy there, an experience made all the better by his lovely fellow residents, the sociable nature of the place, the well kept and cared for shared spaces (the comfortable lounge and patio areas are very nice), and the quality of supervision, management and administration.

Suzanne is a kind, caring and very approachable Manager, who looks after Bechers and its residents with great diligence and care. She gives a lot of attention to friends and family too, and staying at Bechers in its well—appointed, clean and comfortable Guest Room has always been a delight (“the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had” said one daughter!) - the nice touches like a ‘care kit’ in the room are much appreciated.

In summary, I’m very pleased with Bechers, especially for my dad, but also for those of us who care about him, and enjoy visiting his home. Thank you.

Otter Lodge. Very comfortable beds. Clean and and tidy

I visit Abbots Lodge every Thursday as I’m a resident hair stylist for quite a few years now. I would like to say it’s a welcoming, friendly and buzzing with life. There are lots of activities in the week that people can join in and since the new Lodge Manager has been here this has tripled. Something for everyone or you can just live there quietly. Residents have peace of mind that they can live there and it’s safe and supported by a Lodge Manager who is kind and helpful.
