Just recently returned from Scotland…
Just recently returned from Scotland and we used Celtic Legend for our car rental. Our experience was wonderful from the first interaction of booking until we turned our car in to come home! I ended up having to make changes to our booking because we changed our dates and it was super simple, the response time was very fast, and it was easy! The prices couldn't be beat for the 10 days we were in Scotland and we included full insurance protection because it was for myself, my daughter and granddaughter and I wanted to be sure we were covered. Every employee that I came in contact with was pleasant and made the experience easy and smooth. We will rent through Celtic Legend again for sure!

We hired a car for four days to take a short road trip around Scotland and had a really great experience. They were very helpful and clear in explaining the various steps involved in picking up the car at the airport, and very honest in terms of value for money. We had a wonderful time and will definitely use them again if we return to Scotland.

Great place to rent a vehicle
This is the second time we rented from Celtic Legend. The staff are so helpful and personable. They came to our hotel to pick us up to take us to the rental store. We returned our vehicle to another location who then shuttled us to the train station. The process to reserve is easy.

No tienen rival
Qué voy a decir, si he alquilado cinco veces con ellos desde 2014 (¡ese descuento se acerca!) y no me planteo alquilar con ninguna otra compañía cuando vuelva. Porque volveré. Esta vez fue para un viaje familiar de nueve personas en mayo por las Highlands escocesas (sí, lo sé, la reseña va con retraso, lo siento), en una furgoneta donde fuimos como reyes y no nos faltó ni espacio ni comodidad.
Con Celtic Legend Ltd. la comunicación es personalizada, y me refiero a realmente personalizada, desde el primer minuto, con respuesta rapidísima incluso en fines de semana. Responden y te asesoran ante cualquier pregunta y duda que tengas, con una amabilidad y una paciencia que generan mucha confianza. Pedí varios presupuestos y no solo no tuvieron problema en proporcionarlos, sino que me ayudaron a encontrar la opción más económica jugando con los horarios de recogida y entrega y hasta me ayudaron a ahorrar viajando en el Tram de Edimburgo. Eso es difícil de superar. Y da igual la persona que te atienda (Liam, Pamela, Siobhan, Steve...), es que todos te hacen sentir mucha confianza.
Sus precios son muy atractivos en comparación con otras compañías, incluyen varios extras como kilometraje ilimitado y segundo conductor sin recargo. Aunque yo siempre he recogido y entregado el vehículo en el aeropuerto de Edimburgo, me consta que tienen muchas más opciones.
En definitiva: tienen una valoración de cinco estrellas porque no se pueden dar seis.

Celtic Legend were amazing, affordable and made the whole rental process a dream
Celtic Legend took all the rental issues I have had with the other big companies out of the mix and made it so simple from booking and pick up to return. The desk courtesy and shuttle service was a dream. Gotta take the full insurance cover with them and it’s still cheaper!

A five star experience
A five star experience. Excellent customer service from initial email queries to turning the car in after our 10 days on the Isle of Skye. They helped me choose the right size car for our party and where we would be traveling. Rates were very good even after the extra add-ons I purchased, an excellent value. I highly recommend them!!!

Great company, kind staff, cheap prices. We had a flat tire in a very remote place in Skye, we called assistance and after only 2 hours a van with a new tire arrived. Highly recommended for your travel in Scotland.

Another great rental experience
We rented via Celtic Legend for our Scotland holiday this September, having previously used them in May 2023. As always, they were very professional to deal with. Their provider Arnold Clark is a delightful, the car was brand new, staff very friendly and efficient and pickup and return without delay. My go-to choice for Scpttish rentals.

The smoothest car hire you’ll find!
We had the best experience with our car hire through Celtic Legend in Scotland. Pick-up and drop-off processes were so smooth & easy. It was nice to add a second driver without having to pay extra. We ended up only using one driver but it was nice to know that the second driver was an option without paying more. We also opted for the extra insurance coverage. Being in a different country, I didn’t want any ugly surprises with our car hire. Highly recommend using Celtic Legend!

Celtic Legends…
We hired a car through Celtic Legends for our 6 week driving tour of England, Wales & Scotland. We picked the car up & dropped it off at Arnolds Car Hire near Heathrow. Would highly recommend Celtics & Arnolds, great customer service. We had a no fault accident during our trip with someone running into us and the car was replaced and excess refunded as soon as the offenders insurance finalised the claim.
