Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our apologies for the frustration the case invoicing process has caused.
We fully understand the importance of these results and the impact they have, as well as how critical timeframes can be. Please be assured that we will do everything we can to support you in meeting these deadlines.
However, we are unable to release results without first being provided with a purchase order number. This requirement ensures that your finance department can allocate the payment correctly and helps us to avoid causing delays or issues further down the line. Our finance team is unfortunately unable to authorise the release of results until payment is confirmed.
To make this process smoother for you, I will arrange for one of our Business Development Managers to contact you and discuss how we might better support you moving forward.

Awful experience,it takes weeks to arrange a test and charges you on top for gp or private sample takers appointments.
I cancelled my order and it’s been 3 weeks they still haven’t refund me.

We are sorry to hear you had difficulty arranging a sampling appointment. Whilst we cannot impact the availability of GP appointments, we are sorry that the availability of our private sampling network was not what it should have been. However we are very clear throughout the quoting and registration process that there will be an additional charge for sampling.
Unfortunately, as you have raised a PayPal dispute for this case, we cannot action a refund until this dispute is closed.

Had them conduct a dna that was basically forced upon me to be granted my divorce by my ex’s solicitor. Not Cellmarks fault that part but it got dragged out for 6 months between Cellmark, myself and the solicitors. Cellmark took forever to get through each stage. I asked for the results to be posted to me, luckily my postman knows me and delivered it to me even with the wrong house number on. Important documentation nearly lost and a divorce that took longer than should’ve because of Cellmark.
Edit: I’m sorry but that’s not true, the case started in September 2020 and was completed in March 2021.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service you received. Our records show that this case was completed in 2021 (less than two months after it was registered with us). The report was sent the day after the samples were received at our laboratory (2 days after the samples were taken). Shocking service, disappointing in every way.
I paid the best part of £1000 for drug and alcohol testing, at the outset I was quoted results within 5 working days. It’s coming up for a month and still no results.
I have phoned and emailed repeatedly and been told a whole range of excuses from paperwork issues, sample quality not good enough, needs retesting to make sure, etc etc.
The date for getting my results is continually pushed back and back with no communication from Cellmark without having to chase them. I am out of pocket as I’ve had to reschedule court dates due to Cellmark being unable to deliver the service they claim to provide.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering my tests with them, I should have went to Alpha Biolabs as they seem to have much better reviews.

We’re sorry that you feel the service you’ve received on this occasion has not been to your satisfaction. If you are able to contact customer services with your Cellmark case reference we will escalate the matter to our senior management team to investigate.
Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. This company is a joke, their staff are bare face liars specially the manager supervisor who is condescending. Then another leaves you weeks chasing things and then tells you, you have more time its fine to then find out you have 4 days and then when you contact them you're repeatedly having the phone put down on you, staff are rude refusing to help and telling me to go to csa. When it's not csa who made the mistakes or have rubbish staff members it's cell mark. I've asked many times for this to be escalated and they just keep refusing so now I have to escalate it myself which isn't a problem. Good luck to them explaining to the judge everything they did wrong:) good luck cause youre going to need it.
They state they tried to help and they did not they discriminated lied and still lying now. They refuse to accept the fact their staff made mistakes by failing to inform me of everything when I asked questions they refused to listen to calls back they refused to accept any responsibility it's nothing to do with csa that your staff are incompetent. See you in court

Our staff have tried several times to assist with your concerns but the procedures and timescales that we have to follow in your case are defined by the Child Maintenance Service. As our staff have explained, your queries really need to be addressed to the Child Maintenance Service who should be able to assist you.

One of the worst company’s I’ve ever dealt with. From day 1 is was under quoted, provided wrong information. Told the sample was not long enough and needed another test, even though I had a photo showing way over length.
After being rinsed for more money and fobbed of I eventually got my test which was supposed to show usage month by month for cocaine. (It did not) it said it could not tell when or how much I took. Totally scam

I am very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your recent case with Cellmark.
Hair drug and alcohol testing relies on a hair sample being the correct length and sufficient weight for the analysis to be carried out and I can see that the first sample collected was not sufficient in length for us to carry out the analysis you had requested and we had to wait several months for the hair before we were able to obtain a sample of the correct length.
The report you received showed a month by month analysis for the drug testing as you had requested.
The alcohol testing showed an overview for the time period specified and this is because it is not possible to provide a month by month analysis for alcohol testing.
It is also not possible with this type of testing to state when a particular drug was taken or the quantity taken and this is because of variables between the strength and purity of drugs as well as differences between how quickly a drug will be metabolised by different individuals.
