Their PMs used to create the POs after you submitted the translated document. Most of them will send you the PO number after they create it. However, Sylvia, one of those PMs, fails to send the PO number for several months. She even leaves a note saying that "All pending POs will be cancelled automatically within 5 days". If you don't log in to the website to accept the PO timely, it will expire. But how can I know? She didn't send me a PO!! I'm not living on the website! The website triggered many notification emails every day; it's nonsense to check emails every day just for that PO. I have several orders pending settlement due to not receiving the POs!!! It's been months!! Their RM doesn't care about that and even said "She's the leader, she's busy." and was doing nothing for that!! It's an awful company!! Shithole!!

Their review system is punitive, prioritizing warnings over feedback. Payments are cut based on reviewers, not clients, and they constantly find ways to avoid paying translators.

We agreed on pricing but when it comes to payment they disagree and refuse to pay.
