I ordered 3 dresses, one was defective (a hanging pocket) and another has the fabric more appropriate for a nightgown.
I asked to return these 2 for a refund.
I was offered $16. And told to keep the dresses.
My further request for a full refund has gone unanswered.
This is clearly NOT a reputable wholesaler.

I ordered a dress 4-10-23, received email 4-14 it shipped. Today is 4-24-23. I asked for a tracking number and I keep being told it will be soon. Well it’s 9 days since they “say” they shipped it. I still don’t have the dress, they have no phone number for a customer service only an email. Never would I order again.

The service is slow but the dresses are worth the wait. I ordered 10 dresses in 2 different shipments and out of the 10 I loved 8 of them. One was just not what I would wear and the other one was too small which was unfortunate because I love the material and the pattern. I have read other reviews that said returning any item is costly so I will donate the 2 dresses I can’t wear. I have purchased dresses from Cayred in the past that were too long so I was careful to choose mid length styles this time and they are perfect.

I ordered xl size thinking it may be too big but I could hardly get in it. Very disappointed. Did not look at all like the picture. Looked cheap.

The company had a dress I was looking for, at an affordable price.

This company is a hoax and the statement on their website that says clothes are made in South Carolina is a bold-faced lie. The label in the clothing clearly says "Made in China". The review who commented they couldn't understand why it cost $14.99 to ship and took so long from "just one state over" - well it came from China - that's why it took so long.
Clothing is very cheaply made and not as represented in the photos. Fabric content is incorrect and once again a bold-faced lie on the part of the bogus company.

This company is actually XBP International LTD. They claim they are located in South Carolina but they are not. They will not take returns. That’s how you find out they aren’t in USA because they immediately start telling you it will cost to much to ship the items back. The clothing is extremely cheap and poorly made. I left a review in the items and because they didn’t like it they omitted it to keep people from knowing the truth. I thought PayPal would help me because these people are lying about their company but PayPal doesn’t care that they aren’t really in South Carolina. Buyer beware.

The dress was beautifully made and the 14 fit perfect. I found the dress to be thin not lined but very soft for the price compared to other places on the high side for the material and the way it was made.
It does look great on me but will have to wear a slip😞 would not buy for that price again.

The order came in a timely fashion, and it fits perfectly! Lightweight and exactly what I need for an upcoming concert! We all need to wear black dresses and it looks so nice on! Very feminine!

Ordering was easy . Purchases arrived in an reasonable time frame. Items were as described. Sizes were correct. Happy with the overall experience and items purchased.

Shopping from Cayred was easy. It was getting the dress that was the hard part! I was in hopes it would be here by Easter, but it came the day after:( Anyway, it is a nice dress, and I can wear it anytime. I think that $14.99 to ship a dress that weighs practically nothing is a little excessive, and that it took more than three weeks to get here from just one state over from where I live.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I placed order early March in prep for a vacation next week and still have not received it. They gave me a USPS tracking number which says label is printed, but the package is not received. Cayred keeps blaming it on USPS saying they aren't updating their data, but still no package. At first, they replied to my emails very quickly, now it takes days for a response. I am contacting my credit card company if the package is not received before we leave for vacation. I will NEVER order from them again and will advise everyone I know not to order.
