Nat & Tatjana have delivered on everything we have asked for. Especially on bespoke data requests. They have gone out of their way to understand we are using the job board to its full potential, even coming out at short notice for extra training.
Caterer remains one of our best sources of candidates and I'm grateful to these to for making sure that's the case.

Gone downhill a lot over the years. Now when you search for jobs it can barely manage to give us what we ask for. We search a specific area, salary and job title and Caterer is never able to give all those things. Therefore obsolete and no use to us
Signing up for an account is the worst part as you will be inundated with nonsense emails and completely pointless jobs, its like a major spamming session all in 10 minutes of signing up. Then you have to go into your account and turn off all the emails and job matches (that don't match anything you were looking for) they will send or recommend insulting jobs you did 40 years ago while in training just to waste your time.
I think its owned by Monster who ruined many job sites including the UK Government jobseekers site which many in the UK mock as a disaster because it is so unusable

what a nice feeling to have a strong platform in your back! Catrere its my main source of elite applications, easy to use, popular and 100% hospitality oriented!

Second time I had an issue with access and the customer support team was very efficient to resolve.
Call dropped but Sophie managed to capture the problem and followed up with an email that resolved the issue, so I didn't have to call again.
What could improve is not having the access issue regularly in the first place.
