These people dangle fictional jobs in front of your face to get you on courses. The level of dishonesty is remarkable. They get paid per person on the courses and will tell you anything to get you to agree which are usually along the lines of guaranteed job or guaranteed interview. Neither of these things are factual.

Second Response: Yes, you tried to take my review down. You reported it as "Defamatory" and an investigation was done by Trustpilot, it was deemed non defamatory and was re-instated. Dishonesty coming in waves just confirms my initial complaint ironically.

Other reviews are accurate. The course is a waste of time. There is no job at the end. They still send me unprofessionally written emails from time to time asking if I'm employed.

Scam.

I am writing to raise a serious concern about CastleView’s recruitment process and the so-called “course” required before employment.

I recently went through this process and found it to be a complete waste of time. Despite the promises made, neither I nor anyone else I stayed in contact with through the course were ever offered genuine job opportunities as a result of it. It appears to be misleading and exploitative, taking advantage of people who are actively seeking work.

I am now employed elsewhere — but not thanks to CastleView. In my honest opinion, the entire setup seems to operate more like a scam than a legitimate employment pathway. I strongly believe this matter should be investigated, and if possible, I would like to report this to someone higher or the appropriate regulatory authority.

Please advise on how I can formally escalate this issue or submit a report regarding CastleView’s conduct.

Avoid this company at all costs. They wasted a huge amount of my time. They called me with what sounded like a genuine job offer close to where I live. After confirming all the details, they told me I needed to attend a five-day course — in my case, it was supposedly for Amazon.

At the end of that training, they sent me an email with a link to apply through Amazon. The whole application process felt misleading, disorganized, and unprofessional. I was asked to refresh the page for hours, but the link never actually worked. It ended up being a pointless thing.

There is no option as well to contact them.

In my opinion, this company does not operate in a trustworthy way and I would strongly warn others to stay away.

Pre-qualifying english and maths tests should be elsewhere to build up numbers to fill the room for maximum profit from the government pot. Not run to any sort of timetable, feedback only happens on last day (should be a unit per day with feedback via notes each day, catch-up and tidy up on last day). Course was Team Leading main content been 3 units of Power Point, Unit 1= 21 pages (ERRORS P4, Feeback, P12 Clashed>Clashes, favouritism>Favouritism), Unit 2= 47 pages (ERRORS P17 Timeframes> Time frames, P15 Aswell>As well) and Unit 3= 49 pages (ERROR P39 make>Make), it lasted 5 days but you sign for 7 days times 7.5 hours.
This review is not fake, but can only be seen by me unless maybe I edit it every so often. No feedback if you have passed or not. No certificate for ages

I will happily say Castleview helped me massively and I am grateful I now how a full time role. I found the wrap-around support to be helpful when attending the interview process; the support with preparation and techniques was invaluable and gave me great confidence.

I am due to start my new job next week thanks to Castleview; after a long period of struggling to find a job and couldn’t be more grateful. A special thanks to Sarah Gibson; always on hand for any help whilst doing this course, assistance with what to expect during the interview assessment and support whilst sorting the employment process, and Wayne Beadle; a brilliant tutor for the Customer Service, Lean management course. When I was first introduced to the process of Castleview, I read the online reviews and was disheartened by what I read but my experience was extremely positive. After struggling for over a year finding a job, I can’t thank Castleview enough :-)

Please trust other people reviews, sadly this agency is a high class scam

They advertise jobs on c.v library when you apply for them they say you have to do a week long cause before you can apply and after that they will send you a link out for the jobs with a guarantee of an interview the only problem is this
the links don't work and there is no job and this was only to work as a picker for Amazon

I attended a week long training course which was supposed to lead to employment with Amazon in the warehouse. Frankly, I cannot believe the glowing reviews. The course, entitled "Customer service" was inappropriate for the manual workers who naturally formed the clientele. My tutor's name was Paul Bond. He was a nice guy but his approach was slapdash. The "guaranteed job" failed to materialise. I would advise anyone to steer clear of CastleView Group and, if this was Amazon's general method of recruitment, to steer clear of Amazon too.

This company made a understandable good trainings.

Before Christmas I got a call saying I've been picked out for an interview for GXO Logistics in huddersfield moldgreen but need to attend a 3 day training course which after Il be straight in for the interview. 2 day of the course I find out there isn't a gxo in moldgreen its in brighouse this was my first red flags because how can u mix up the 2 is beyond me. Finished the course and got a call from the from castleview saying il be in on Monday for and interview which by Friday turned into a phone call interview then nobody rang me so I chased and chased it up couldnt get through to them What's so ever . A week went by and still didn't hear anything so I rang and rang like 50 times literally until eventually someone answered but it wasn't a pleasant call , some woman absolutely grilled me like a burger and put cheese on top, told me to never contact them again 🙃 I was so discombobulated by what just happened but lucky I git some cash in hand work before Christmas so my kids luckily had a wonderful Christmas. Fast forward into April I gets a phone call (guess who from 🤣)
Saying my CV has been picked out off Indeed and the employers really impressed with it would I like an interview for Buy it direct so thought yeah I am interested why not ,il find out about more detail the next day with a phone call and email off the employer I said brilliant
It's now May the 8th and havnt heard nothing at all

I have been attending the course for last 7 days and I found to be very informative I'm trying to understand the best of my ability . I fail to understand how its going to help me with finding new job. Could you please explain further.

Great trainers had a fun experience had learned a lot the trainers paul bond and Charlotte jhonson were great to helping me a achieve getting the level 2 degree and the others I was learning with was great aswell would definitely recommend doing this if you need help getting a job

I attended the training course this week which I found quite informative and helpful,Paul and Charlotte who where the trainers made the process easier to understand and made the course very enjoyable.the only downside was that the job I applied for which resulted in me being on the course I wasn’t offered an interview as was stated would happen.

Paul Bond presented training course and was entertaining so it was a good experience to help me get into employment.
