Had a loan and it was fantastic
Had a loan and it was fantastic, paid it off in full! Got another loan and unfortunately fell into arrears due to a family tragedy!
Company wanted all sorts of proof! Lady I spoke to on the phone was a disgrace to any form of customer service role! I don’t feel the company should be held accountable for one persons attitude! But calls should be professional

Terrible service
Terrible service - led me to believe I was getting a small loan, signed agreements etc. was told just going through the underwriters then money would be deposited. Then received an email to say my application was rejected!!! What a let down. This company needs to be more open with people at a much earlier stage in their application!!! They now have all my details and I have no loan!!
