In short, bought 2 cases back on September 22, 2021 and never received them. Asked about it after 1 month, had to open a PayPal case for communication since they just seemed to refuse to answer my emails. told me it was normal that it was taking so long because of covid. and now I'm here 5 months after my purchase with no case.
TLDR; never received my products, never answered my emails, so it's safe to assume they've lied and scammed me.

Avoid
Returned a phone case, no refund no reply and I’ve emailed multiple times. They are quick to post out your item but no response when there’s an issue; down €20 for nothing, you can tell all their cases are bought from China and are so cheap and poorly made,

Looks good, doesn’t last.
Unfortunately my case broke the first time my phone dropped. It was from the edge of a coffee table to a wooden floor which I wouldn’t have expected to be quite so damaging. I’d only had it a few days. I bought the case for exactly these kind of mishaps. The cases look good, but in terms of practicality don’t really do what they should. For the price I certainly wouldn’t recommend them, but delivery was quick.

2 new cases for my new phone
I had ordered 2 new cases for my new phone. After the order went through I was told by the mobile provider I couldn't get the phone I picked so would have to pick another model instead. I contact Caseface and explained my situation but they had already posted out the new cases to me and were on the way. I was over the moon when they understood my situated they agreed to send me out 2 new phone cases for my new phone. I would definitely order again from them as they were amazing, really helpful to me and I appreciated what they did. I also love my new cases.
