We were looking for carpet for 4 rooms in our home, Good selection and variety of carpets
Delt with Brett, very helpful and knowledgeable and gave good sales advise, without any sales pressure. Great price on carpet as there was 50% deal on.

Staff very helpful, friendly and very competent. Excellent service!

My wife and I were pleasantly greeted on arrival at our local store at Camborne. It was easy to browse through the good stock of carpet samples. Theresa, the store assistant, gave us good advice and pointed us in the right direction without any sales pressure, resulting in our choice of a lovely bedroom carpet. The price was superb also at a 50% reduction on the original price. Top marks to Theresa and to Carpetright.

Excellent customer service

From Liam the person who measured the rooms and stairs for the carpet, to Brett who made the follow up call and gave me all the information I required from the Camborne store in Cornwall and added another room we wanted carpet fitted.
Brett answered all the questions I had and even booked the fitting date.
Both very polite young men and exellent service.
Would use Carpetright again.

Had a great experience, I bought an off cut that was perfect for our room. They held the carpet for me until I was ready and the fitter was amazing. Great service.

I went with carpet right as I was moving to a new property, and needed work to be completed by the 25th of the month, so I could move in, stress free.
What can I say, estimator ripped the original lino and damaged under it, and said it couldn't be fit, unless I signed a waver. Which I said I would do prior to floor being damaged! Repeatedly called back from work to work men saying he couldn't the lino, made to sign a waver of my guarantee, but felt I had to go ahead as flooring was ripped. The lino has not been layed very well as it's not stuck down in places. Called from work to be told that carpet couldn't be laid due to issue that I had pointed out at estimate, and laminate was delayed as fittings hadn't been ordered. I had to take time off work to be there for workmen and twice I turned up and no work men did.
The whole place is over priced, the estimate goes up! There is no fair complaint process as nothing was investigated, written or checked! Stressful beyond belief!! The one thing I went with carpet right to avoid!! If in Cornwall area go to green mounts!!

I'd like to update this, although carpet right responded to this review, they never contacted me at all.
I went to them with the original deposit paper work and was told I had to take it up with the finance agency, as I had already signed.
They also said that they had spoken to the fitters......no photos, no work quality checks.....nothing. please avoid this company!

Terrible.. Booked a visit to measure up for stairs etc ... No one arrived spent ages on phone to them trying to sort out ... finally got a call back saying that they had visited but no one here... load of bo********s. We had 5 other contractors on site all managed to knock or ring.Michael the guy that was suppose to arrive needs sacking .. not good.

Very pleasant and efficient staff, the called back when they said they would and nothing was too much trouble. What a lovely change from some other retailers.

We ordered carpets and hard flooring on the 18th October 2023, was told the carpets would be fitted and oak flooring over two days , on the day the fitter came the oak edging for the hard flooring had not been ordered yet we had paid in full, received a call on the day to say they had forgotten to put it on the order and the following Tuesday it should arrive we excepted that. the following week came week before Christmas and was told by the manager at Camborne sorry not on order but
out of stock looking at the end of March, I explained this is not acceptable we have paid in full, to have a hard floor down with no edging will damage the flooring and when washed water will seep down the edges, she was not in my opinion very understanding in fact rude. All she said was she would call when back in stock, To top it all the heating system has pipes that run around the edge of the flooring and until the flooring is finished it cannot be boxed in, the carpenter now is unable to do the job until later in the summer as we have cancelled him due to the delay with the flooring. The carpet fitter was paid in full as well , we received a call three weeks ago to say the edging arrived and was given three dates but no time and the fitter would call to confirm , we have not received any and as I work in the community I cannot just have time off, I need to book leave time, when I explained this to the manager she just said can't help that you will have to wait for a call. I have spent my savings on this flooring which run into a few thousand so I am really upset how they treat customers , rude arrogant no apology or compensation for the inconvenience they have caused us. family and friends have seen the flooring and are quite shocked. They have had our money we feel we have been ripped off by this company and regret not using our usual carpet supplier, never shall we recommend or use again .Not a company that we trust.

This is a review for the flooring measurer Liam Dent. He was brilliant. Arrived on time, friendly and professional and knew his job. A credit to the company.

Honestly Carpetright are the best. I called into my local store looking a carpet after looking at what was on offer we decided on the one we liked. I called to an assistant for help and Brett came over straight away. He took all the information he needed and we completed the the paper work. brett was a very pleasant and very helpful guy.

I am really pleased with the service provided by Carpetright in Camborne who made the whole process from selecting, costing, delivery and organization of the fitting simple and efficient. The carpet is good quality and looks nice. The fitter was very friendly and did a great job. 5 stars .
