Great In-store Experience - Staff were lovely at the Beckton store. They gave us honest, informative and unbiased advice, and did not put us under any pressure to make the purchase. Staff were so warm and friendly that it felt like going into a small family business store!

Good selection of carpets especially as our timeframe was short to get it fitted. The staff members were all helpful and got everything sorted professionally and swiftly.

Sham at the Beckton store is fantastic. I did have communication issues overall but Sham went above and beyond to help me. As I purchased my carpet via a quote not directly from the site, I was not told it was out of stock and unavailable until I contacted the store. In the end I chose a different colour that was in stock to get it fitted sooner. I would say to be proactive in your outreach, and manage your expectations around having everything finished in one day, as the door adjustment I booked took over a week after the carpet had been fitted and I had to chase it. I have not had a carpet fitted before, so can only go from this experience, but I think it was good value and I am happy with the end result. Thanks to James, who did the quote and helped troubleshoot, and Sham for all his help.

Ayesha was very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service. I have used the beckon branch before and they were excellent then as well. Will always use them.

I have been a regular customer of Carpetrite for decades as I find your prices reasonable for the quality of carpets you provide. Teddy remembered me immediately upon hearing my name from my last order over a year ago. I hail from the luxury international hotel market spanning, Jamaica, New York & London (where I worked at The Savoy), so customer service is always uppermost in my mind. Well this time I was blown away! Teddy understood my needs exactly and dealt with me in his usual efficient manner. As he was not due to work the following day, he called upon his colleague, Aisha, to assist me. I wasn’t sure I would receive the same level of service as this was a ‘handover’ situation but I needn’t have worried as Aisha was exemplary, ensuring I was completely satisfied with the choices myself and my husband made. To top it all off, we received a call from Aisha informing us they could bring forward the fitting date and we are extremely happy. In this day & age, finding capable & dedicated staff is rare and we wanted you to know that you have two gems in Teddy & Aisha.
