After posting my previous negative review , the company contacted me. Triple checked everything and apologised and sent replacement. The replacement is a perfect match

There is apparently some confusion over vauxhall and Opel cars codes.

My advice:
If you are ordering for such a brand , send paint wizard a photo of the plate with codes etc .
It was all then sorted very quickly

Great little product to have on standby for small delicate touch up or slightly bigger job

Delivery was prompt, well packaged and good advice. I experimented with various combinations of primer, top coat and lacquer before applying to my car. It was good advice and I was not disappointed with the results (colour match and finish). The plastic wands proved useful the brush supplied would have been too much for my need. A greater number of wands would useful I suspect they cost peanuts?

Easy to order and arrived within a few days. Prepared, ready to touch in. Job done day after Paint arrived. Very good service and would use Car Paint Wizard in the future.

Very prompt delivery. Products as described. Only used one of two car touch up paints so far but it is a good colour match.

Ordered paint at end of October still waiting. No answer on phone or email. They take payment then do nothing

Ordered and paid for Deluxe touch up kit on 14/10/2023. Had a confirmation receipt form company immediately, web site states paint usually dispatched within 48 hours.
By 28/10 nothing received, e-mailed several times and tried ringing phone number to be told "this phone is not connected" messages.
Appalling customer service, now trying to get my money back and from other feed back this is not a one off case.
My advice is look elsewhere.

Not even sure this company is still in business? Website is active but it won't let me enter payment details or check out for well over a week now. I've checked using a different device, internet connection and even VPN but their website clearly doesn't have payment functionality so not sure where the recent reviews on other sites are from 🤷. I Have contacted them by email and phone but no answer first time and second time my number was blocked. Shame as on the face of it their products look like good value compared to the competition. Will update if anything changes but very bizarre. My car is due to be detailed at the end of the month so looks like I'll have to go with another company as I can't wait on this company to get back to me.

Absolutely unbelievable customer relations. Car Paint Wizard did not send my paint which I purchased. I made many unsuccessful attempts to contact them either by email or by phone. Just amazing that I was completely ignored.

I have found this company terrible to deal with, first they don't send me the correct paint and second the customer services is terrible. I was told they will not send me the correct paint and its all my fault that its incorrect. All u wanted was some touch up paint for my car. Now I am having to try and get my money back.

I would avoid at all cost
