Vine desde muy lejos a adquirir un vehículo y la verdad es que la experiencia fue muy buena, atención excelente, me tuvieron mucha paciencia y me atendieron muy bien comprendiendo el tema del tiempo y distancia, me fui muy contenta con el servicio, vendedores de excelente calidad, los felicito 👍 👏 😉

Por ningún motivo los atienda esa persona de Rodrigo Pino, un chanta de primera, les venderá autos en pésimas condiciones, mucho menos a epten sus seguros automotrices, pésimo el weon..

No recomiendo, fui a ver una camioneta me dijeron que todo estaba bien y que podía llevar a mi mecánico para revisarla, que tenia todos los papeles en regla, facturas y todo, tontamente deje 8000 mil pesos para apartarla y al día siguiente que fuimos para ya recogerla, el. Mecánico que lleve vio varios detalles, como el kilometraje estaba alterado, no te ian las facturas que el día anterior nos ha ian dicho que si la tenían, no se podía hacer prueba de manejo, y comentaron que la factura la entregaría un mes después y mientras tanto como te respaldaba que era tuya 😑😑 y el chico que atendían Israel por cierto se llama en la sucursal de insurgentes, decía mentira tras mentira y ya no nos devolvieron el. Dinero, es totalmente un fraude.

Me pasó que compré un Figo 2017 ahí en Outlet Cars. Publicado estaba en 114,500 pesos. Luego me dijeron que eran 5 mil más por “costo de adquisición” Me dijeron que tenía que depositar el 80% y el 20% lo tenía que dar en efectivo. Los documentos que te dan son ilegibles nada que te pueda amparar realmente.

¡TARDARON 54 dÍas en entregarme la factura! Me dijeron cuando me dieron la unidad que en 15 días a más tardar pero fue mentira... fue un desgaste emocional muy fuerte porque se me venció el permiso de circulación al mes. Estoy con el auto parado todavía porque tengo vencido el permiso. Y si me lo quita la policía es corralón y ya se imaginarán pagar todavía más dinero por cada día de corralón sin saber en realidad si te hicieron fraude o no, si te van a dar la factura o no. Quieres ahorrarte un dinero y por eso comprar el auto ahí y al final sale peor.

Me mandaron la factura 54 días después con el nombre mal escrito. Sigo esperando respuesta porque no puedo emplacar.
La facturación me la hicieron por 85 mil pesos en lugar de los 119500 que pagué y no me hacen desglose que pagué ese dinero.

Las secretarias se ponen de acuerdo con los vendedores para no aceptarte las llamadas y bloquearte.
También me bloquearon de Facebook.

Terrible todo con Outlet Cars de México.

Car outler yo y mi esposo sacamos un auto y a los semana los autos no fusionana y también lo van com muchas millas y fui a el mecánico dónde esta otro de licuientes ratas son Iván y Maria no hace un trabajo bien de Mecanico no un fraudulento. Y mi crédito se daño por culpa de car outler y todos los car outler no dicen la verdad cuando venden loa autos tramposos y todo seguro esa mujers tambien no sades hablar con la gente y son una ratas mentira car outler no recomiendo comprar autos ay 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Car outler de lo peor te vende carro con muchas millas y a los días se descompone y otras cosas no lo lleven a el mecánico de car outler con los g los godos de Ivan y su esposa Maria Gorda _te rodan el dinero no hacen nada de mecánica _ son 💩🐀🐀🐁 y todo seguro dónde pagas tu carro también mal servicio mujer son de lo peor 🕸🕸🕸🐛. I got paid last night, ready to go in and pay my car note at 10am, been through hardship since February but wake up to getting my car repo lol well if they couldn't wait one day, for being a month behind and owe $200 prior to that, well they can keep the car I will use my cash to buy another... Instead of trying to work with you they actually ???? you over.. I'm very upset that I'm paying $24,000 for a $5,000 car but yes my mistake and that's the past, but after paying so many years, 3years to be exact, and you go and do this to a person it's just not right, I'm pretty sure to get my car back I might just be paying double my car note after all the charges you will charge for getting it repo in the 1st place , so what kind help are you guys trying give out to me.. I sware I'm so upset now just a few hours away to pay them and 4am repo WOW.... I CAN'T BELIEVE IT... Great service is a must everywhere that's how they get u in Everytime... Like I said my mistake but with one income and trying to make ends meet, and still with all my strength to keep going on paying this car note CAR OUTLET/TOTAL FINANCE INSTEAD OF HELPING PEOPLE IN NEED YOU JUST PUSHED ME BACK IN THE HOLE THANKS ALOT....

Haven’t had my car for 2 weeks and it’s in he repair shop now it’s ben almost 2 weeks I ben waitin to get my car back ! Struggling to get to work this service sucks first car note have not even came up yet and I already went 2 weeks with out my car

I was very satisfied with the service I received here. Everyone was pleasant and I did not stay in the office long! I got the vehicle I WANTED!

Appauling customer service we rang up a few days ago querying about a vehicle and I put a deposit down wasn't told until after I'd done that that there was also a £50 admin fee to be paid so I was like ok to then be told they don't have any warranty on there cars and I had too pay an extra £200 for warranty after thinking about it for a while i decides i couldn't afford the warranty price and didn't want too risk buying a car with no warranty at all so we rang up to ask for our deposit which they have now decides is non refundable they never said anything about non refundable and it doesn't state it on there website at all so after I argues my case they ask for proof I paid it to them so I sent it them to which there now making other excuses so I've rang citizens advice and I'm putting in a small claims court form today absolutely shocking business and I wouldn't recommend anybody buying off this company at all!

Absolutely appalling service. Was spoken to like a child. Was mocked on the phone. And brought up a query and they said I’ll pass you on to my coluege please hold ....... hello what do you want !!!!! I was flabbergasted 😮. Told the work had been done then next thing it hadn’t. Honestly please avoid at all cost. I’m so glad I’ve got my cash still. Dread to think how I would be spoken to if I had a problem with it.
